“I had an AMAZING experience with PostMaxx. I sent a package to Mexico, the person receiving the package gave me the wrong address. Robin the owner of PostMaxx was super helpful and caring about the situation. She went above and beyond even though the issues was out of her hands. I will recommend to any one needed packaging, printing etc to use PostMaxx.”

“Unfortunately, UPS finally lost a package after all these years. Tracking stopped when it was scanned by this UPS store. 2 out of 3 packages made it through, but one.

UPS did tell me to check with the store. The store did point me in the right direction for the missing package, and they were kind enough to answer my questions and follow next steps. A claim was placed. I know its probably out of their hands, and it got lost at the hub, since tracking never changed after.

Nevertheless, I did ship about 5 other packages later on the next month, and they did put RFID on some my ground saver packages going to the same address. All of them made it through. Hopefully that package will turn up, but I know if tracking doesn't show up after 48 hours something is up.

Otherwise, they gave prompt service and are good with giving a receipt

Maybe the package will turn up, otherwise if someone finds a 30 lb package out there, I'll give a reward no questions asked”

“Staff is nice, services are pretty quick - if you can find parking. Seriously the worst designed parking lot I’ve ever been in. Everything is diagonal so you’re not sure who has the right of way, and there aren’t enough spots for quick stops. Architect didn’t want to change the design even with multiple complaints.”

“Sent a 19-page PDF for printing and binding and there were multiple issues with it getting through. The young man was so polite and professional and diligent in working through a variety of formats and transfers before we finally got it done. He is a credit to the company. It's people like him who restore my faith in society. There are good ones out there, and one of them works here.”

“I had a really great experience at PostNet on Stephanie & Horizon. Tom was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me with a frustrating situation involving a third-party shipment. He took the time to explain that returning the items would be extremely expensive, which I truly appreciated since it saved me from making a costly mistake.

He also generously allowed me to keep four large boxes at the store while I worked things out with the seller, which was a huge help. That level of understanding and flexibility is rare.

The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and created a very warm environment. Not only were they efficient, but they were also genuinely understanding and sympathetic to my situation.

“I work near this location - when I'm busy - I'm here a lot. This is a great location - the staff is friendly - sometimes the line is long but, they do a good job of handling it. I saw someone being helped - a couple of people came in line behind me - the co-worker asked how the line is without being prompted - came out and helped. I can't see how this location doesn't have a better rating. For a small location - they do a great job.”

“I had an Amazon return and this was the closest UPS to where I was. A very nice man in the casino walked me down to the Business Center where the UPS office is. I walked in and asked about Amazon returns and the very nice lady explained that they do charge $6 for each package and that even if your return states that you do not need a box, for this location you DO need a box. I almost left to find the next closest store but the lady was so nice and genuine that I decided that I would pay the $6. For me, quality customer service means a lot more than a service charge. I would have spent 20 minutes just going to another store, but I stayed and had a good experience. But you should know the terms before you go in so you are not surprised or put off.”

“I usually don’t review places like this because I don’t need much service from them, I’m generally just dropping off Amazon returns and no one seems to be too thrilled with that. Thursday I had to drop off some items that I couldn’t use the kiosk for due to their size and I had the pleasure of speaking with Brandon. I’ve been in this store probably 200+ times for work and personal reasons and I’ve never had anyone say more than the regular hello until Brandon. He noticed where I worked, started a conversation, wished me a nice day all while working on the packages I had to return. 5 out of 5 for Brandon but 4 stars for this store overall, it’s just okay.”
