The mechanics are described as very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. One customer brought a Volvo for an oil change and appreciated that every screw and bolt was put back in place, with the specific euro oil recommended by Volvo. Another driver had an engine light turn on right before registration, and the shop provided affordable, fast service, getting the car done quickly without charging insane prices like other shops. Multiple reviews mention being charged a fraction of what dealerships quoted. The team is praised for being honest and not trying to rip off customers, especially women who often face upselling elsewhere. Customers consistently recommend RFX Automotive for all maintenance and repair work, stating they will continue working with the shop and recommend it to anyone looking for affordable, straightforward, and honest mechanics.
