And the cost is beyond competitive! -- Back story I have a used Ford truck with high miles, Ford wanted to do a diagnostic and then charge 700 for a sensor replacement. All signs at least to me seemed like a sensor issue. I knew the part was cheap and it wasn't hard to get to (I just don't have tools). So I asked around heard about this place and they quoted me 2 something for the repair. Got an oil change also and still was under 300 for it all and done the same day. Wish all mechanics were like these guys, sometimes the customer just wants a part replaced.”

“I had to replace my car that was totaled back in March, so I bought a beater with a good heart and brought her to America's Garage. They were thorough in their inspection and direct in what needed doing now, what needs attention soon, and what's solid. I was able to go through the results from my phone and approve what I wanted done remotely. Payment was simple, managed through the same link as the estimate and I was able to make multiple smaller payments over the time she was in the shop so I didn't have to bus to the bank for a cashier's check. It wasn't cheap, Ember needed a lot of work, but in a fair world you get what you pay for. They used oem parts and not only got me back on the road safely, they got her back to driving like new. I picked her up this morning and when I started her she was so quiet I thought she stalled out. When I put her in gear and released the clutch it was so smooth I couldn't tell if I was rolling (still thinking she was stalled) or driving until I gave her gas. The drive home was incredible versus driving her before (previous owners took the phrase 'drive it until the wheels fall off' a little too seriously) but America's Garage has pulled the ultimate Frankenstein and breathed new life into my Ember. $10k well spent, she's got one more repair planned (oil leak), but I've got a little time to save up for it. Huge thanks to the entire crew at America's Garage for getting me back on the road reliably.”

“HONEST and FAIR are the words that sum up this shop's way of doing business. When you buy a used BMW like I did, you expect to have to maintain it and you know that it may be more expensive to do so than for other makes. That said, all I, or I expect other consumers, want, is to get an honest estimate and pay a fair price for competent work. This was my first time dealing with this place and they now have me as a customer for life. I first took my BMW to another European car repair shop and without evacuating my AC system, they jumped to the conclusion that my compressor control valve was not functioning due to purported debris in the system and wanted to charge me $4500 to replace the compressor and control valve, based on a technical bulletin that said SOME BMWs have required it. Luckily, I sought a second opinion from Werkstatte. They evacuated my AC and found it to be very low on freon. Obviously a leak. The compressor and its control valve however were functioning perfectly. So instead of paying $4500 for the repair, I paid $450. My system now is working perfectly (ICE COLD), and it has dye in it. At some point, I may need to fix a leak. But I won't need to replace a perfectly functioning AC compressor with its control valve. Thanks to Dillon, the Service Writer and to Anthony, the Tech, who are doing fair and honest work on BMWs in Henderson Nevada!”
