“Absolutely WONDERFUL experience. Julius was “OVER THE TOP” Magnificent. I came here with a friend “by accident” because I couldn’t find the storage place I was looking for. But, as fate would have it, GOD had other plans. Julius’s professional nature and ability to explain everything was why I did not go to the other place. The computer picked my unit and even upgraded me in the system. They are running at 91 percent occupancy, so the chances of getting the deal I got were close to slim and none. I got a “computer generated” 10 X 10 for under $40. Unheard of. (Photo attached.) You can reserve a unit online with no credit card, good for 8 days. This place is modern and clean. “We had a wonderful experience with Chris, the Facility Manager of the family-run Warm Springs RV & Mini Storage. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely supportive. Chris made a stressful transition (moving out of state) feel much smoother. He was always responsive, clear, and thoughtful in every interaction.
The storage units are insulated, which was perfect for protecting our belongings and our Braxton Creek Free Solo Din RV (17 ft long and 11 ft high) from the Vegas heat. Our unit was 10 ft wide and 30 ft long, with a 15 ft high garage door and 20 ft high ceilings. It had outside access, providing great convenience and flexibility. We parked the RV inside while still having plenty of room to add shelving and neatly store my teaching supplies in the back. The garage-style access made it easy to hitch the RV directly to our vehicle.
Other tenants are respectful, and the management team keeps the facility feeling safe, clean, and well-maintained. Their security features—including alarms and gated access—help ensure belongings stay protected and attract responsible renters. You can access your unit every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., which gave us the flexibility we needed.
Throughout every interaction, you can truly feel the warmth and kindness of this family-run business. Chris’s helpfulness and personal care made this storage unit a true gem.

“The place is clean and the employee (I believe his name is Taylor or Tyler) was very helpful. They explained the rental agreement and showed me the unit to make sure it was adequate for my needs. It was a little more expensive than the rate advertised but I figured there'd be other fees. They weren't unreasonable but the fee you see online is the base fee and there will be a few other fees added on. I like they have an app to gain entry to the facility instead of memorizing a code. They provided a lock but I'll probably use my own. You can basically show up and they'll have a unit ready to go. They have cameras all over the facility and I appreciated it's cleanliness and relaxed demeanor of the staff. They seemed eager to make sure I was happy with the unit and answered any question I had. I recommend them to store items you currently cannot store at your home.”
