Anais did a wonderful job of giving us a tour and answering any questions we had about Bristol and the unit. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Velvet also gave us a really nice experience with the process of signing the lease, following up on questions, and seeking out information for us. Soa, the supervisor on the maintenance team did a great job of fixing our kitchen sink that was back filling with water and gross particles. He also helped us with our laundry door that wouldn't close and is ordering us a new fridge shelf. Really appreciate your help, Ana, Velvet, and Soa!

Maintenance works extremely fast, Soa and the whole team get the job done. Also, Alexis and the front office staff are extremely approachable and take care of residents here.

The shelf & clothes rod in my closet fell off the wall @ 5am! I put in a maintenance request & Justin came by & secured it correctly as it was originally held up with nails!?. Justin was very professional & very nice. Turned a bad morning into a great day! Thank you Justin!!!!

From management, to the leasing agents, to the maintenance team, what an exceptional group! I relocated on October 30, 2023, and I couldn't be more satisfied. A special thank you to Ana, our leasing agent, as well as Soa and James from maintenance. They've been incredibly helpful, maintaining excellent communication and addressing matters promptly. You guys rock!!! ?

I put in a maintenance request to have my tub drain unclogged three days ago. As of this posting, I have heard nothing back, and the work has not been done. As a result, I have not been able to take a shower in my own tub for three days.

The application submitted was denied by management, this was due to my work phone number which connects to the hotel and casino I work at(my employer), but this was not an okay number. Then I was told my paystub did not add up, when I looked at the documents submitted it was clear that the system had cut off half of my paystub. Still I found myself with no phone call asking for a resubmission, or anything else just a denial when it was clear the paystub submitted was cut off half way. I was told by Velvet and lily that Alexis is the manager, and she’d talk to me, but instead I got the same people telling me they talked to them, although the manager was not in yesterday…this process felt like they wanted my $120 for the application fee and that was it. As well it seems they did not want to fill the apartments they have until a further date so they can be sold at the higher price of $1,265/1,275 rather than $1,238/$1,240. I was told my paperwork was sent to “sos” with the same documents that have the paystub that was cut in half by your system. I was also told once you’re denied nothing could be done and both managers denied the application. If this is the case then why was no call received? Why was I not told that a new paystub is needed due to the system being used? I found the entire experience unprofessional, and unnecessary if the managers looked at the paystub on the documents it would have been clear that it was not full as letters were missing from the words.

So far so good. Very professional front office staff. Ana helped get us set up every step of the way. Maintainance was in our apartment in less than an hour for service. Just. Wow. Thank you! ?

This place is awesome. A Ms Velvet was an awesome consultant tourist guide. And by the way what an awesome name she has I have never heard anyone's name velvet. Her kindness will make you say yes to this place plus they have free coffee made in their office. It's definitely a place I want to live and no I don't live here......yet......

This 5 stars is not at all for the complex as there’s MANY issues. However, I will give the 5 stars to Soa, the maintenance supervisor. Very respectful and got to our work order quickly. Came and actually listened to what I said and actually did something to fix my issues. Thank you Soa!

Soa is the best, he’s the friendliest maintenance man! He’s on top of everything, has very well knowledge on what he’s doing, and is exceptional at communicating, answers all questions we have- give this man a raise! A promotion! He genuinely deserves the best, love his service

I was going to refer, but hell no. Today was the last straw. Of course, I’ve had maintenance here many times because their remodeling looks like everything was just painted over…the wood is weak, screws falling out, doors becoming unhinged. Appliances mediocre and don’t work properly (stove and dryer), and now they’re prepping another unit near me and the toxic fumes are violating my home, especially my room where I work. It’s like they’re in my house! The only advice I got was to open all windows. Not a fix! I’m nauseous and light headed and had to call off work because I cannot work under these conditions. She told me to open my windows, but it’s hot and my air conditioner is on. So what, right? The ladies at the front office lack compassion - they never seem to put themselves in our shoes to really understand. These are our homes! How would you like it if it was you!?

this place used to be okay when I first moved in. Water gets shuts off twice a week, uninhabitable due to bugs without pest control.minimum with no notice because they claim it’s always an emergency. The gates never work or it’s broke. Pool and gym closed . Will not be renewing my lease - can't come quick enough to get out of it! horrible place it has went down hill and needs better management. they do not clean out apartments before people move in
