About The Bristol at Sunset
The Bristol at Sunset offers a variety of spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes with exclusive community and apartment amenities, including a resort-style pool and spa, and a 24-hour fitness center. Located in Green Valley North, Henderson, the pet-friendly community provides easy access to I-515 and is just minutes away from McCarran International Airport.
Residents praise the community's helpful staff, with Lili assisting with the application process and the maintenance team, including Andre, Devon, and Soa, quickly and professionally addressing any issues. The staff also handled a fire alarm situation with care, ensuring residents could continue their important calls. Prospective resident Ana was particularly helpful and punctual during the apartment tour, leaving a positive impression.
While the community is generally quiet, some residents have expressed concerns about the gate access system, as the battery-operated key fobs can be unreliable, and the keypad doesn't always work, forcing residents to wait for others to open the gate. Overall, the Bristol at Sunset provides a comfortable living experience for its residents.

Myron Gatlin was such a great help and very courteous when coming through the apartment. He made it such an easy experience and explained everything very clearly. Now everything is running smoothly again, thank you!

Leslie was a breath of fresh air. She surprised and delighted me by going above and beyond and finding me exactly what I wanted and specifically where I wanted. She was so pleasant and professional at the same time. Thank you, truly a joy.

I want to give a big shoutout to NELSON! I was apartment searching and ultimately end up going in a different route but I had to let it be known how thorough and kind he was. Had my first option fell through this location absolutely would’ve been my next application. If you’re looking, ask for him-you won’t be disappointed!
