“I don’t want to rate low because it’s a nice store and they support a good cause. But I wanted to leave a suggestion. The prices here are alongside that of Goodwill ($1 for a glass, $7 for a pair of pants etc) but some things are priced way too high. I picked up a gold candlestick holder and it was $25! This is a thrift store and you get your items for free. There was an employee stocking the shelves who was sighing loudly and complaining that there was nowhere to put anything. There is also a huge pile of donations at the back dropoff area. And I mean a ton of stuff just sitting there in the sun! Would you not make more money if you priced things affordably (not based on eBay prices, where sellers often have room to store inventory for months on end until the right buyer comes along)? Even if that candlestick was $10 I would have put it back. Lower prices, move more stock, be able to accept more donations without worrying about people taking things from the back (for free) that were donated to you (for free).”

“I was in town for 2 days and made 7 donation runs. That evening I realized my suitcase had become an "unintentional donation". It was late and the store was closed but two people looked through all the donations that had come in that day, to no avail. My suitcase was eventually found but I had returned home, out of state. Management mailed my suitcase to me. Great customer service.”
“Very clean and organized. This location is quite busy and the staff were very pleasant for both taking a donation and handling a quick purchase. Shoutout to Joshua running the register and being very sociable and helpful.”
“Excellent thrift shop. Very well organized and sectioned . Prices are-very reasonable. Great parking lot. Self checkout makes it very easy and convenient. Staffs are well trained.”

“The Salvation Army in Henderson is absolutely by far the best Salvation Army we have ever been to. And we have been too many, visiting each branch in every town we go through. Much bigger than many, a gigantic selection of clothes, and the prices were very reasonable. I often have a hard time finding shorts or a decent selection of clothes for men. Today I found 12 very nice pairs of shorts all in great condition at very reasonable prices. My wife found shoes, clothes, a purse, some yard art items, and a few other nice items. On top of that all the clothes were half price today. Probably the best thrift store ever today, six or seven bags at a total of only $73. The store was very clean, all the employees hard-working and helpful, and unlike many salvation armies especially in california, they actually have dressing rooms and bathrooms for the customers to use. I only wish all the Salvation armies were run so well. We will definitely be back soon!”

“I’ve been here a few times, and the people are very friendly. The service varies depending on how busy the shop is, but it’s within reason. They don’t take everything you offer, but they’re very apologetic about the fact. If you have a lot of brand-named or good-conditioned items listed on the board near the front counter, you can expect a reasonable sum of money coming your way.”
“I absolutely love this store! I'm always shocked by the prices, adore what I find, and really appreciative of the space and cleanliness. It's simply the cherry on top that they're paired with a mission close to my heart.”
