“This is a very fun place. Children's toys, cosmetics, and other miscellaneous goods are cheap and interesting! It was about a 30 minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip.Admission is, I believe, 5$.”

“This place is funky and has killer deals on things! It's truly a treasure trove. It's super small! There's a lot of thrifted stuff here: Knick knacks, clothes, shoes and a bunch of random stuff. It's just small and a lot of it JUNK. Love the cause for the paws...”

“Very neat store, looks like a retail store. Their prices are better than Goodwill. Last year when I dropped off a car load of stuff, I accidentaly had my sons football shirt attached. Thankfully by Monday the manager Sarah found it for me. I was so happy, she saved my life! LOL. Thank you. One of my friends and I shop here all the time. Love the crystal stuff when its there, great prices on baskets.”

“We shop here regularly as a family and we try to volunteer as much as we can. So much good stuff here that I've gotten and saved money. Also a great place to donate your items so that other families can use them instead of throwing them away. Attic entrance is in the back. There's a thrift store in the front.”

“I keep seeing awful recent reviews & it's sad how many people don't like this store. My siblings & I can say other wise & vouch for this store. I've been coming to this thrift store for years now with family & friends... and to be honest the finds are always amazing. The prices can be a bit crazy but hey it's cheaper than the real world prices. I want to give Melanie a huge s/o because not only is she super sweet but she's now a close friend & everytime I go in with my brother she's the girl to share the amazing finds ! I'll always shop at this store.. even though sometimes it's a hit or miss & it's a 20 minute drive for me deff worth it. & I've went to all savers in Vegas, hendo, Summerlin you name it but this one will always be top tier and the go to.. my brother and I sometimes go in back to back bc we luv it there & the gems !!”

“I would like to acknowledge Raul Vega and Maria Ochoa. They are the reason why I love volunteering at the Food Pantry. They take care of us volunteers, always making sure that we're ok. Raul always tells me to be careful driving home when I leave at the end of myshift. He also gives us water. You are lucky to have them as employees.. Susie always says hi to me with a big smile everytime. That's the good feeling I have when working at the Food PantryErlinda Reyes”

“I always find great deals on really nice items here. It's a classic thrift shop, but pretty high-end clothing brands. It's best to join their e-mail club & be notified of special sales. They are normally not open on Sundays, but today was a special half-off all top drawer items that I wouldn't have known about except for their emails. I got a beautiful wool Calvin Klein jacket for only $15! Yay!”

“I’m setting up a home office, and a friend recommended the UNLV Surplus store to me. I had never heard of it and was very pleasantly surprised with their inventory and amazing customer service. I purchased a secondary monitor in great condition for only $15, and they included all of the necessary cords, a mouse, and a keyboard for free! The tech manager, Kevin, also plugged everything in to ensure functionality before I left the store. I saved hundreds of dollars by shopping at the UNLV Surplus Center!”

“I'm giving this place 5 stars because these are REAL THRIFT STORE PRICES! I got a pair of jeans for 2 bucks. Dirt cheap!!! It's a smaller place so not as big of a selection as like goodwill, but it's locally owned! And the prices are great!”

“Hit or miss, as with all thrift stores. But this one seems to attract nicer people than other ones, so I come here. Plus the donation center at back is helpful when you wanna make sure to get something out of your house before you bring anything in! The store is set up kind of funny towards the back/ men's section and there is considerably more women's clothing vs men's. The aisles are wide and low enough that you can see where you're going (and where your kids ran off to). I'd take my younger son here sometimes when we just wanna get out of the house for an hour and only spend a few dollars.. my older son will tag along just to look for nerf guns. The sweet older lady that's always there does the check-out and my 3y old I love saying hi and having a few words with her.. but there is a meaner old lady that wanders around looking over your shoulder as if you're about to snatch something though haha”

“It is really convenient when donating your things. You pull right up to the donation place. Parking spaces reserved just for people wanting to donate. The person is right there and are ready to take your donations. The employee that helped me was really awesome!! Wish I would have gotten his name. He was awesome!”

“I've been to this Savers before where I purchased a Smith Corona typewriter. It works well. Also, I applied for a job position at this location, but they did not have anything for me. That's a bummer. But I love this Savers location, especially for the one on Charleston Boulevard. Nostalgia has everything in Savers.”

“Came here just to look around and this place is very big and organized. The only downside to this location is that they do not have fitting rooms anymore so if you want to get clothes keep that in mind. They also have self checkout which is super convenient!”

“This location has a lot of really cool stuff, an awesome selection of furniture, too! I found it to also be really clean! The employees seemed to be happy and like they were having a good time, which I think is awesome. I love seeing people talking and joking around at work. I met Marco at the cash register and let me tell you he was such a sweetheart. We got talking because I’m new to the area and he was telling me about himself and his family from Baja. I have been so impressed with Henderson so far because so many people are just so friendly here, but Marco was definitely one of my favorite people I’ve met. He was kind, genuine, and his ambition to continue his education and keep working is so awesome. This location did it right with their staffing and it was such a pleasant experience. I live local and I’m so glad!! ?”

“Definitely a treasure hunt. Read the reviews before coming in and got a ride share instead of taking 2 buses. Just looks like an odd place for me to catch a bus. I go in after 10 and people are in bins while a handful are standing in front of the store. I just went in for some heels which I didn't see in my size. There were some decent deals like Ugg boots but nothing I could wear. This lady told me the resellers rush to get stuff when they say go. I guess it's every half an hour they bring out new stuff and people rush to get it. I only stayed an hour and filled the bag that I bought. Some people wore gloves. Not sure if they supply them. I brought my own. Wound up filling up my bag since I paid to get there may as well not leave empty handed. People are filling up shopping carts. This guy in front of me had about 6 pairs of jeans and a handful of sweatshirts and came out to $36. I got 7 pieces which came out to $11.34. Listening to people, there seemed to be regulars and I could see why. I've been coming to Vegas for years and just learned about this place. I'll definitely be back. Quality wasn't bad if you dig. I stayed an hour and that was long enough.”

“This is a dare good Re-store. If you have any construction materials that are useable, please donate. If you need to buy a gallon of paint or maybe get some new lighting but don't know exactly what you need, you should go there first.”

“Thrift shopping is one of my favorite things to do & I never feel guilty! As I mentioned in my other recent reviews, I've recently located to Las Vegas from Hawaii so starting of new can be costly hence the wonders of 2nd hand retail! The Goodwill stores in hawaii can be good but nothing like the locations in Vegas! The stores here in Vegas are in newer buildings, the selection is wayyyyy greater and I personally find nicer items for myself, I went on "blue" day so all blue ticketed items were 1/2 off, I scored a bunch of nice seaters and a jacket -7 items to be exact. They were all new or lightly used, stylish, and by the label I'll also say I got them all at a steal! The jacket was priced at $14.99, and all the others which were all sweaters cost $5.99 each BUT because it was blue ticket day they were all 1/2 off so they were $3each! I paid under $33 for everything. You may be thinking why sweaters in 100 degree weather? Well since I just relocated I'm preparing myself for winter coming up real soon - nobody is buying seaters right now so I wanna believe I'm scoring! I'll be back sooner than tmw as there's so much more to look through & I may even check out another location - I'm hooked! I highly recommend this location! Also asked employees questions a few times and they were all helpful! Store is clean and organized. I like that there wasn't a "thrift store" smell and place seems very organized as well.”

“I always love the secondhand store Goodwill store, thrift store. I love it. I’m at Garage sailor all the way. I love it on Saturday garage sailing. You don’t love it. Never know you might get lucky too and find that one thing that’ll make the rest of your life, the greatest or now you get to have fun and collect a whole bunch of stuff and build it up in your house. “Organized well. Found a Louise Vuitton dress for 30 Bucks. Solid thrifting and the stores in a 2 block radius were great. Arts district is a nice way to break up the Vegas strip. For sure. Walked to Priscilla flower gallery and the staff were so welcoming and The Conrad west gallery was epic. Amazing work, knowledgeable staff.”

“Really nice thrift store! Well organized and a lot to pick from. The shoe section was incredible. They close at five so I didn't have enough time to look at everything but I will be back for sure. I found some amazing clothes.”
