Zach (owner) and the techs over at Urban Auto Workz do an amazing job! I had a truck everyone else had lost hope on and referred me to just replace the engine or sell for parts! I took it over to Zach and explained that my much loved baby was my daily drive and served as a 2nd car i was really hoping to tug along for the next couple years! Zach and his team did a thorough scan and was able to give me better news. While some work still needed to be done to keep the ole girl running, the engine looked strong and Zach was confident we could nurse her back to health and keep it going a while lounger!!Really happy I got a 2nd opinion and now I take both my vehicles to Urban Auto Workz for a job well done’!!

I always receive excellent, and most importantly, honest service from Zach at Urban. There are lots of other more inexpensive auto repair shops in the valley, but I’m always confident that whatever diagnostic I’m given at Urban, I’m not going to be taken advantage of.Service: Engine repair

Really happy to share our FIRST VISIT experience with Urban Auto Workz!!! Replaced my drivers side 6 way power seat module...Shortly after quickly replacing Zac the owner, who installed the component said I won't charge what was quoted because it went quickly & charged less than half the quote. We quickly paid w/cash and left a hefty tip...Thank you Zac & "Vince" I'm 88 & my wife is 85...You and the crew made our day...YES @ an auto repair shop! Blessings bobby & Yolanda...

I usually get 3 quotes on anything I do (as I did before coming here). It is not easy to find honest people who do quality work. I’ve taken my personal car here and found them to be most reasonably priced and the work was done well and quickly, the people were nice. The guy there gave me 2 options and explained to me where I can save money but where I cannot cut corners. They even looked hard to find me a part I needed at the best price. I appreciated that they valued this on my behalf. I have since taken 2 work cars here because I got crazy quotes locally. Their shop is worth the ride and also worth developing a long term relationship with because of their consistency in quality work at a fair price. They deserved this review- if you’re shopping around like I did - allow this to save you some legwork.Services: Electrical repair

Zack is the most honest mechanic you will meet. He wants to fix your car for you, yes that's true, but he wants you to be happy with his work and come back. Plus, bring your friends and family. Very smart indeed. I've been going to him, I believe well over 10 years now and never once have I complained about the charge or the work. He backs up everything he does with a smile.... at least in front of you... haha Great work Zack... keep up the good work sir.. great crew you got in there now... I'm glad you have some great help. This is my go to mechanic and will not go anywhere else for my car needs. I had my car serviced not only was the car thoroughly inspected also had all my questions answered and offered their recommendations. There honest and upfront with the services your car needs and never pressure you into unnecessary fixes and reasonable prices. Zach is very reliable trustworthy and I highly recommend his services.

Love Zak and his team! Great great mechanics who know what they are doing. At first I was hesitant because I don't trust a lot of people with my car.
