“I saw their ad on Craigslist for a lexus rx330, it had low miles for its age and looked good in the picture inside and out. When I arrived I was glad to see that the pictures were accurate. They let me test drive and it was drove well and they had the carfax on it and it showed everything I needed. No pressure sales and their puppy Panchita was the cutest dog. Smooth transaction for the sale.”
“Went to the service desk after making an appointment over the phone for an appraisal. The lady couldn't find me or know anything that was going on. Went to the other front of the store where my name was on the appointment board. Told a couple salesmen. One was quick to do it in a timely fashion with a great offer which was nice. So maybe him saying " you're going to be upside down" before even looking at the car wasn't really necessary. Mixed feelings about this place. The guy was nice and fast so that's why the 4 stars. The service desk not knowing about anything and the guys comment brought it down one.”
