“I purchased a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix from LoanStar Auto, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Joe is professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He answered every question, communicated clearly, and never pressured me at any point.
The car itself was exactly as described. It is a true survivor car that had been garage-kept, lightly driven, and well cared for. It even arrived cleaner in person than in the photos. Joe’s transparency about the vehicle’s history matched perfectly with the documentation and condition.
One thing that really stood out is that he stores all of his inventory indoors. That alone says a lot about how much pride he takes in the cars he sells. It shows in the quality.

“Epic experience with the EMC team. Just had my Range Rovers 95k service and received a $9,800 repair bill for leaking coolant pipes, pumps and various other annoying 'its a Range Rover' issues.
Range Rover = $9,800 - 'can fit it in to do in 2 weeks' - 4 day repair time.
EMC = $3,800 - in the shop 5 days later - 24hrs to repair.
Can not recommend this shop enough! will absolutely be my go-to moving forward.”

“My husband is not a first time buyer when it comes to car dealerships but I am. He’s been traumatized by dealerships while I’m heavily guarded when it comes to them. Amanda was our sales rep and was absolutely amazing when it came to my process of questioning, observing, even down to understanding the complex details. She educated me on many aspects of this transaction. Whether it was the cars current condition, to how their bank financing works, to the information of the car when they bought it. She went as far as elaborating why she recommends we refinance and how it actually helps build my credit and my husband’s all while simultaneously allowing our payments to become less than what we started with.
This is our first big purchase as a couple when it comes to our transportation. No issues arose at all that we can hear, feel, or see. I love that there is a warranty as a just in case.
In all the interaction was not one of pressure or convincing us to buy. It’s a , if you want to they are all for it as long as we as a client are certain. If we question the comfortability of a decision Amanda and the girls are all for showing other options.
The girls that work alongside her are all great! Beautiful energy and the fact that I witnessed how they are on top of EVERYTHING is what really grabbed my attention. Their chemistry and attitudes are amazing. Their knowledge is vast, their car lot is small so there are limited options BUT that doesn’t mean that they cannot help you.
Thank you so much to an employee of theirs referring us to fairway. It’s truly a life changing event for my husband and I that know one will understand unless we tell our story. We are forever grateful! She not only helped us and worked with us but did what she could to have us qualify for a loan in the first place!
