Had problems with my account and got someone who barely spoke English, then the next person I talked to just tried to upsell me over actually trying to fix my issues. Absolutely pointless customer service.

If the manager is not there, they are only useful for selling and not solving your concerns or technical issues with your phone. It is easier for them if you file a claim than giving you a solution to the problem the same day. Please contact the 1(800) number before you go to a Verizon store because they will most likely ask you to go to a corporate store.

Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. Never greeted. Waiting for the rep to finish up with her customer. Starts helping the next group. And then proceeds to the next group. So I asked if they were not following appointment schedule and was told no because she was by herself. Really! An hour later I left. Thanks for waiting my time!

I went to go upgrade my phone. Horrible service. the woman treated me with suspicion and contempt. I was not going to give them my sale for commission. absolutely not. Money walked right out the door 🚪

The phone number they list is a direct line to an overseas operator center. They will keep you on the phone asking inane questions to solve your problem. A complete waste of time.
