“I’ve been going to Warm Hearts Pet Hospital for years, ever since my oldest long-haired dachshund, Angus, was a puppy (he’s now 11). When I got my second dachshund, Oliver, I brought him here as well without hesitation. This team has been amazing and has saved my dogs’ lives multiple times. Dr. Inna and the staff are compassionate, kind, and always upfront about costs — I’ve never been charged more than what I was told. They truly care and do everything they can to provide the necessary care while keeping your pet’s best interest in mind. Even though I now live 30 minutes away, I will continue coming here without hesitation. Highly recommend Warm Hearts Pet Hospital for honest, exceptional veterinary care.”
“My little Yorkie Toby recently had his annual Dental appointment, and an extraction along with a couple cysts removed from his paw. Everyone at 7Hills from the ladies at the front desk to the Medical Assistants, pre and post surgery assistants are always so kind and caring! Dr Gibbons is amazing! He cares for Toby like he was his own. He is never too busy to give me a call when I have a question or concern. He calls me during surgery to let me know what is happening and keep me abreast of Toby's condition. I have complete confidence and trust in Dr Gibbons and everyone at 7 Hills Pet Hospital. thank you !”
“Dr. Loose (Low-zay) is one of the best vets I’ve ever had treating my cats. He’s holistic, patient, gentle, and intelligent. He asks very important questions to try to fully understand what’s going on, is very loving towards my cats, and seems truly invested in their care and wellbeing. There are separate entrances for dogs and cats, but I have seen very small dogs on the cat side sometimes. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because the front desk employees aren’t very welcoming. If they’re working on something, they will ignore you (even if you’re standing at the desk for minutes) until they finish whatever it is they’re typing, filing, etc. Not even a simple, “Hello, welcome. I’ll be with you in just a moment.” They just flat out ignore you.
Edit: there seems to have been some staff changes and the front desk issues have been resolved.”
“My dog has been suffering ear infections after a trip to the lake and the vet tech Lili that helped my baby went above and beyond. She was so sweet and kind and was extremely thorough and didn't mind having to double explain the medications to me. Because of her I will absolutely use them as my regular vet. She couldn't have been more helpful.”

“Dr. Emilee Larkin is always so patient with Patchy-Poo who is notoriously not the greatest under duress. She is definitely the primary reason we make sure to keep bringing Patch to GVAH and will continue visiting for Patch’s care.”

“Dr. Davis is the best! She correctly diagnosed a treatment for our puppy's female issue and within 5 days, the problem had cleared up! We had previously went to another vet clinic for 2 months and 3 vets who were totally clueless on how to treat our puppy. I won't name the clinic who misdiagnosed but beware who you take your pet to. Thank you Dr. Davis!”

“First visit here, Ryan at the front desk is wonderful, Becki got us situated in the exam room and ready to see the Vet ,she was sweet and friendly too. You can see they really love animals and enjoy their work. Really good vibes!
We just came for shots , nail trim and general check up, nothing elaborate . ( first visit for our new rescue)
The actual Vet we saw was not a “ regular” Vet on staff there , as she told me. I would want to meet another Vet next time. ( maybe she was having a bad day or not feeling well? , I know it’s a difficult job)
Still giving 5 stars, because Ryan and Becky were awesome!”

“I had Terrible news delivered about my dog Lucy yesterday. She has cancer and there's nothing I can do to get her better due to blood in her abdomen. That said, I had Dr. Ashley Izaguirre-Alomar for the first time. This woman must have spent 45 min with us explaining everything. Her professionalism and bed side manner was exceptional. I can't put into words how amazing she was with me and Lucy. She will be my vet going forward hands down.”
“Every person at this facility has demonstrated a compassion that someone would look for for the animal they love. Both vets, Dr Murphy and Dr Garcia, are truly caring and sincere people, and they are not trying to beat your wallet up, they're trying to help! That is very rare in my personal experience nowadays, but I'm grateful every time I go in to see them!
David is more than a vet tech, or nurse, he is a real good guy who genuinely cares about not only the health but the well-being of the animal that he's working with. He goes above and beyond and I truly can't say enough about him as a person!

“I've been going to Henderson animal hospital for 13 years and the front desk staff are very kind. I have 3 cats 2 went to a different hospital and 1 was going there for 13 yrs. Well the 1 cat that was going to another hospital wouldn't take me for an emergency they said they would fit me in tomorrow. Really?? So Henderson said bring him over now . I did and after blood tests and ultrasound they kept him overnight to see if he improves, but sadly his kidneys shut down completely and there was nothing that they could.?. My boy was 15 yrs old and to have him go to sleep was the worst decision I had to make. But the staff all assured me it was the right thing to do. They had him cremated and a nice urn and bag came with him. So about 1 month later my other cat who is now a patient there is diabetic and caught it in time. Thank you Henderson for being there when no one else would step up and take us right in. Catnip is on the bottom. And shady in the back gets groomed there as well . Awesome groomer and Snickers is in front of her who is diabetic.”

“You have to be able to trust your vet and I do trust them.
Every person was so nice and so helpful! Dr. Vinnie was so good with my new puppy and gave me helpful information about caring for her. She was so calm during the entire visit and didn't even notice she was getting a shot.
It's also reasonably priced. I have already sent their information to a few family members so they can take their pets there... I would definitely recommend this place!”
