Nala had been scratching herself terribly, and everything they did for her helped. She was feeling much better by that evening They got us an appointment right away, and we were taken into a room very quickly when we arrived. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. “Staff always helpful. Dr. Castro is quick and efficient. Alwaya willing to answer your questions. STAFF laughs at my jokes. We could use a separate place for large and aggressive dogs. Most of the clients have small or medium dogs so it's hard to find d a place to wait when the rest of the clients look at you like you don't belong there. Large dogs need medical attention too.”

“I have now used Autumn at Barks & Bubbles two times and she has been absolutely amazing both times!
The first time, I used their mobile grooming service and it was such a great experience. They parked the grooming truck right in front of my home, picked up my pup, and groomed him right on the spot. It was so convenient and stress-free. Autumn groomed my dog exactly how I wanted, and most importantly, my dog came back happy and comfortable.
The second time, I went to their grooming location and once again had great results. Autumn is talented, caring, and really listens to what you want. It is hard to find a groomer you fully trust with your pet, and I’m so happy we found her.

“My primary vet is closed on Thursday and I needed to have my furchild looked at immediately. The staff was able to let me know how soon I could be seen and general costs immediately. Upon arrival we were put into a room immediately. The facility is so nice, cushioned bench seats for the parents is such an unexpected luxury! The entire staff was very responsive to our situation, acted immediately and gave me quotes as we progressed. Pricing is very reasonable. Definitely recommend!”

“I have used this office for well over ten years now from everything from vaccines to spay and neutering my pets. Just recently came in with a new puppy and Dr. Scott and Nurse Brandon were awesome. It’s always the front desk staff I get rude vibes from. The younger girls this visit were great and friendly, but from check in and check out the older blonde woman was short, monotone and acted like it was a problem when I requested not to pay for a service that wasn’t completed yet. She agreed and complied with my request to pay when I actually completed the service, but her entire mood with me from check in to check out was rude. Again the younger girls were respectful and nice and I appreciated them as well as the doctor and nurse. As for that one woman I don’t appreciate the attitude and I’m just glad she’s not directly interacting with my pets.”
