Personal banker Lisette Marasigan was absolutely spectacular. She was diligent in assisting me in opening several accounts, teaching me how to use my WF app and taking time to answer my questions. Wonderful experience

2 stars for the tellers, what few there are. Always very friendly and helpful. Just realized the ATM fees went up to $3 and no more free money orders. I've been with them 20 yrs+ . It's a shame they feel the need to take more of our money.
