Williams-Sonoma is a very nice and pleasant shop for upscale kitchen gadgets and cookware. The store has really good inventory. Customers enjoy going in to look around and see what is new. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service, politely asking if there are any questions and going above and beyond to help. They are very helpful and apologetic when issues arise, working to turn a bad experience into a positive one by arranging replacements. It is a terrific place that is always worth visiting. Just be sure to ask questions.
