“Excellent customer service. Turned a bad experience into a positive one. Ordered a cafe coffee maker that was shipped, upon opening, realized it was returned evidence by the water that was coming out of the coffee machine.Called ahead of time and spoke with Lisa who was very apologetic and informed me likely they do not have any in stock but she checked the back.Once I arrived, Lisa informed me that the she did not have any but she went above and beyond. Called for a replacement and informed me I could go while she waited for customer service to confirm replacement.She called shortly after and apologized again for the experience to confirm replacement order and expected delivery date.”

Domingo and Anthony are budget and time conscious, as well as creative Artists. Peter and Alan are diligent, hard working and very experienced. Alan was always on time and worked all day efficiently. They are flexible when issues/changes arise. The entire Team has completed all of our bathrooms so well with the WOW factor every time!”
