Never been treated so rudely in a bank before. Go to a different branch, or, better yet, take your business to a totally different bank. Why do I even need to give them one star Yelp?

Bank of America Incline Village - stay away! They will tell you your kids account is free, charge the monthly maintenance fee and then not refund it when you alert them to their error! Horrible customer service! GO TO US BANK or WELLS FARGO! No wonder they're closing BofA branches- they are horrible.

They know that they work for a company with a history of horrible customer service experience, so unless your account balance is in the millions they act like you're a nobody at this branch. I was actually shown the door and threatened for asking for a business card to use later when at home complaining.
