“First off, we finally have a Chase in Lake Tahoe! After two years of banking only when i went out of town, it's such a relief to be able to come here! The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. They helped me order a new card and went through the entire process of setting up Apple wallet. I come here about once a month and it feels like i come to see my friends because that's how great the employees are. Would love to share my experience with the branch manager because there is customer service and then there is a genuine interest in helping others.
