I honestly feel like there are so few people left who even do the minimum required for their jobs, but Rela and David go out of their way to help customers and they are so kind, responsive, and understanding. I would absolutely recommend the Reno Storquest on Gateway Drive because it is climate controlled, secure, affordable, and you can rest assured that the staff will take care of everything you need, and even take extra steps when you need help. Storquest should give Rela and David a raise, and I mean a significant raise!!”

“The owners here are very nice and were helpful to my widowed mom who couldn't pay her storage. They gave her time to get her stuff out. Very welcoming and decent units. My mom's stuff did get a little damage from winter condensation, but that's to be expected with no temperature control. You can't beat the prices.”

“I rented a climate-controlled storage unit here for over a year. The unit was clean and safe/secure, and the climate-control feature was great (surprisingly very few storage facilities have climate controlled units in Reno, and I really needed one). The staff was always friendly, helpful, responsive, and always accommodating. I loved that they provided free use of their truck for my move-in and let us use their rolling dolly for unloading into the unit. The monthly fee was affordable. Thanks to Fermin and the staff for making my first storage unit experience a great one.”

“We needed a covered storage for our newly purchased TT. Anchor Storage came thru for us. We were there for 18 months or so and had nothing but good experiences. A brush fire happened a month after we moved in but no damage. Now there is little vegetation to cause concern. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Can't miss on this place. You might find cheaper, but none as secure or friendly. Ken”

“I'll tell you.. when it comes to finding a CLEAN, DRY, demographically convenient, SECURE, and SAFE storage locker, in a variety of sizes in the Reno metro area.. PANTHER Self Storage IS where it's at!! The fair prices, tech-friendly (Smart Access w/your Smart Device!) clean bathroom facilities are secondary only to the A-M-A-Z-I-N-G-L-Y Professional, Friendly and genuinely engaging Staff behind the counter!! Jessica is a true pleasure to work with. As are the other staff, I however.. make it a point to tend to my storage business whenever Jessica is on deck! Everybody is fair, friendly and accommodating.Let's face it, NO BODY 'likes' going into the storage locker.. even on the best of days! I happen to have had four different size lockers over the past few years. I have downsized my stored items so much now, that I have a locker with DUAL entry.. one road side roll up door, and one back side (on a nice, WELL lit sidewalk) for the Seasonal items that typically tend to be otherwise blocked or inaccessible in the center of the locker; NOT any longer!! GREAT DESIGN! I have NEVER had water leak into my locker(s) even when there was 18+ inches of snow on the ground. "Thank you Jessica and Team!!"”

I mean I pay a lot of money to store my items in the storage unit there the least I should be able to do is get access to them, when I need to.... “It was very nice it was not what you would think when looking for a storage unit. But as bad as we expected it was far nicer. The lady was a treat. Very down to earth but professional. She was very business like and still could laugh and cut a couple jokes. We left there more then pleased.with all the supplies we were going to go somewhere else for. I work with ups . And she sold me enough for what I needed.. the only trouble we had later was we couldn't get in the gate .the code didn't work. But I'm sure it was something easily fixed.”
