“Edit: Property manager called me and resolved quickly, she was very nice and apologetic. I appreciate the easy fix, faster than I expected. Was very hard to get ahold of someone but I was very happy someone called so quick. Due to her timeliness I was able to still get on my flight later in the evening. Very pleased and happy about this resolution.
Orginal: you guys wrongfully put a combination lock on my unit so now I cant get in, it doesn't make sense what could possibly change in the last four days or so that i was there and able to get in. I even called the 1800 number on the lock that says call to remove and when I did that it said I dont have a combination lock on, I even called to see if I have a balance due -which i shouldnt knowing it was paid on time and another payment is not due until 9-1-26 - and I dont (i recorded both phone calls), my gate access still works. No one has attempted to contact me in anyway, left me a voicemail, sent a text, a email, nothing. Also I bought my circle lock from uhaul and you guys put your stickers on MY personal lock. It said there would be one in the unit to return if I didnt use it and when I opened my unit there was no lock in there, this circle lock on my unit is mine from uhaul you guys have zero right to put your stickers on my lock, I know you guys sell this its online but, I have several of them because they are great locks and this one is mine, not yours. I also have the receipt for that specific lick. Clearly there is some kind of mistake going on here and I am very upset about this. Please contact me right away, last name is Westfall. I left you guys a message, ill call again in the morning and update review when resolved.”

“We first dealt with Cathy at The Double R location and she was so pleasant and helpful and really made it easy for us to reserve a storage unit. And she did all of this knowing that we were ultimately going to rent a unit at their other location on Maestro. When we arrived at the Maestro location we met Kimberly who was also so very nice, very helpful, very professional and friendly, and very well versed in everything that we needed to get our storage unit confirmed right away. I'm glad I found this place and intend to keep a unit here. It is an open 24 hour access but they have a good camera system to prevent theft issues.”

“Clean, Easy Access, staff are friendly and very helpful. I got a storage unit for my daughter attending UNR and even though its a little further away, it was SIGNIFICANTLY better pricing, with summer and prepayment specials.
They were able to help me get my account, and access code set up, evwn though I was not physically in town. The staff always is always willing to text me a reminder if they are going to take payment, which is pretty awesome since Im already asking to pay a date late lol!!”
