We love our US Bank. The team here starting with the manager Karen are fantastic! Always extremely helpful.

Small branch, however, Karen, the main manager and her crew are excellent. Very accommodating.

The bank manager Karen is not as nice , friendly and willing to help as the old manager josh . Had to call the main headquarters to accomplish something she could have done . Please bring josh back ! The current tellers are great though
