Despite being understaffed, the staff is polite, pleasant, and helpful, and they work hard to ensure that packages are delivered with care, even in remote areas with high volume. Customers appreciate the efforts of the USPS employees, including one named Virginia, who has accommodated all their needs.
I love the local PO and all of the workers here! Brian & Laura are always wonderful, and Luis, the new postmaster, is doing great work as well. For a mountain town PO, they really pump out the packages and mail that flood in. Thank you Incline USPS crew for always finding a way to brighten my day!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the recent improvements. I heard we got a new postmaster and though they’ve got a long way to go I’m starting to see the progress.

I went to get a money order supposedly 500 is limit for a money order I want 3 different order and clerk is all telling me it's all 1 transaction rudely did not want to help me
