I am a 66 year old. I entered the incline Verizon store upset because I wasn’t able to update my billing information. The customer service I received from Isaiah and Nadallin was second to none. I am leaving really happy and now on my way to have a beer! Cheers Verizon.

Aaron was so nice and amazing and very patient with me and got my phone up and running! After an hour and a half on the phone with customer service that did not get me going. Thank you!

Such patient, kind staff. I really appreciate the time they put into getting my phone transferred to another phone in spite of glitches I had. Never had such a great experience at a Verizon store before. Thank you! Keep up the great work!

Amazing customer service from Aleighsha and Isaiah. They thoroughly answered all my questions and provided much appreciated guidance during the whole process of Verizon onboarding. Isaiah went far beyond expectations in building the best plan for my family and saving the most money possible on all new devices. I highly recommend this location.

Came into the verison store in Incline Village. Was on the phone for hours with technical support couldn't find out why I couldn't make calls. ISAIH AND ESMERALDA, super nice super supportive. They figured out the problem quick. Thank you guys! KILLING IT!

Terrible attitude from employees. I am waiting for a help while guy is on his phone having both headphones on. On answered question he gives corporate, suited answer with no solution. Upon thanking him and saying I’ll think about getting a line, he just turned his head around and said nothing….very nice. Didn’t get his name, younger black gentleman with mustache.

I went to buy some of their earbuds because they had some really cheap earbuds but when I went it took 40-50 minuts to actually check thats not including when I walked in the store, no this is from the moment I sat down with the employee to help me buy these. The person that was helping us kept going off how "American customers are the worst", she kept going on her phone. She kept leaving with out saying anything. my brother and I were pretty sure she over charged us because $69 dollars for ear buds that would be 10-20 dollars any where else just didn't make sense so we asked for a receipt before we accused any one of anything and just gave us a paper that said how much money the store has made that day so we told her that wasn't the right one and she took it back and just sat on her computer. Eventually she walked off and was in the back for 20 minutes before we decided to leave with out the receipt. We kept hearing crying and yelling coming from the back. But I gave it a three stare because normally when I go in it's not normally this bad and the service is wonderful it was just particular employee that I had issues with. But other than that Verizon is a great place had lots of stuff that I needed

Avoid this company particularly this branch, and particular avoid the rep named Zac. He will lie to you about the service they offers and the price to bait you to use their services, while withholding information like add on fees and data caps. Once you are in and signed the contract then you are TRAPPED!

Scott saved my day. Super efficient, welcoming and professional. I went to the store in the early morning, Panic Mode ON, trying to solve the issue asap so I could keep working. Scott solved the problem.
