This branch has declined in customer service precipitously. I could not get anybody on the phone for 30 min. Had to go through their 800 number and multiple transfers to reach them through their backline.

Orlando Quiroz is the WORST banker. He is so RUDE and lacks HUMILITY. We had a horrible experience with him. For anyone who thinks they are better than everyone one else should not work in customer service. We obviously went in for help and instead got his ARROGANCE and SARCASM. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Absolute worse banking experience. One teller. Line out the door. Two other employees standing around doing what, I don’t know.
