Highly recommend!! We had a security system put in at work and Nick was awesome. He showed up with the alarm tech as well as the camera installation tech. They were very professional, neat, on time and did a wonderful job.
These days it’s worth it to protect what you’ve worked so hard to get. This company has been in service for 154 years and know what they’re doing.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an ADT system and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Marcela Novas and Norris Scott were exceptional throughout the entire process. Marcela was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, making me feel valued as a customer from the start. Both Marcela and Norris did an awesome job answering all my questions, ensuring that I was fully informed and comfortable with my decision.

They are not honest and nothing but a rip-off! My Rotts are more of security measures regarding break-ins. Happy with the newly founded security system Along with my dogs. Careful with this company its seriously AWFUL! A ZERO WOULD SUFFICE FOR A PERFECT RATING.

DON’T WASTE your time! This is the worst company, there is no doubt they are a large company because they have shown they don’t care. I took the morning off from work because they told me they would have w tech here from 8-12 and when I called to get a better ETA they said they cancelled the appointment since I didn’t answer the phone to confirm even though I have an email from them confirming. When I spoke with them, they don’t care and all they said is sorry and then were shocked when I said to cancel.

Avoid this service and company, I had two salesmen who refused to take a no and used the scare tactics to get me to sign up. After a few months, the fire alarms go off at random in the night, anywhere between midnight and 4am. It happens at least once a week, and it gets to the point where I don't even have faith in the equipment provided. Defeats the purpose of having a security system when you constantly have false alarms, the day someone breaks in, I will think it's the damn fire alarms going off for no reason. What's worse is now I'm stuck in this contract.

I have bad experience working with Safe Haven to get the ADT service.First, the safe haven agent is not very clear of what services gonna provide and their prices.Then, when I signed the contract, they didn’t give me a copy of it.Later, when I tried to cancel the service by emailing safe haven, it took them a month to finally call back to me. I tried to call their customer support many times and the waiting time is very long. No one told me that I have to notify ADT as well. ADT said my case didn’t qualify for cancellation within three days.Definitely do not get ADT nor safe haven.=========Update:The safe haven customer service has explained to ADT that I requested the cancellation within three days. So now it’s ok to stop the contract without paying.

Buyer beware: Equipment is not good, also camera don’t work often. Door bell not good. Customer service is rude and will make inappropriate comments. Said they will not change for service fee. 1 minutes after guy leaves you will see automatic change. When you buy a house they will come 2 times per day for weeks. And tell you people will break in go straight to your closet and steel all your stuff they will take all your money guns. Practically scar you into service.this company is not good. Buyer beware.

This ADT Company it is the worst Company in the USA. Run away as soon as you can from them. They reconized that their agent gave me an incorrect information and even that they are trying to collect money from me, 2 agents in diferents dates said that I had to pay only 81.82 and now they said sorry it was a mistake but you owe 505.67.

I moved and let them know 2 weeks before I moved. THEY are still charging me for two houses after they said they would send me a refund. They never did they own me 900.dollars plus

Avoid At All Cost!!!! You'd be better off getting robbed, because they'll rob you anyway. A customer for 3 1/2 years. Finished out the contract and continued on. Cancelled service when we moved. Bank account proves it, always paid the bill direct withdrawal automatically every month no issue. Now ADT is telling us we didn't cancel and continue to charge us for a service we don't even have. We even changed the billing address to get the final bill paper to make sure we didn't owe anything, and we'd be done with ADT. We call and call and call. They transfer us upwards of 10-15 times to different people and departments and spend 2-3 hours trying to find a resolution.They tell us there's no notation of a cancellation, but they can see the billing address change, and the payment method was cancelled, and paper bill was requested. Now why would we do all of that? But magically the part were we cancelled isn't on there. It's a circus, no wonder their reviews are so horrible.They even pretend to say a manager will call us in a day or two, and surprise, no one calls. This has been months of trying to get this taken care of, it's to a point of abuse and neglect. ADT customer service is absolutely horrible and the gaslighting is a total mind f@#$. We finally filed a complaint with the BBB.The attached picture is from the BBB website....That should tell you all you need to know about what a crap company ADT is.

ADT Tech named Dewey called and said he was 30min away and arrived right on time. Very professional and had a good vibe about him. It's nice when you meet great people like Dewey. We need more workers like him ! Thank you Dewey, Go Dodgers! ALSO ignore the negative reviews, I have always had great experiences with ADT!

If there ever was a business that deserved zero stars it is ADT!1:15 minutes with a live agent chat.:50 minutes and counting on the phone.After three years on contract (and fulfilled) I called to negotiate my services. ADT currently offers monitoring for less than half of what I am currency paying. It also turns out that they sold us their "Control" for home automation, which we did not want and do not have.Their "customer service" is designed to frustrate, passing me from person to person. Now, the person I am on hold for is claiming that they need to have someone else authorize the reduce rate. She comes on every few minutes to say she is still waiting. Clearly their system is designed to have their customer give up.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for a camera system that has never worked. ADT refuses to even speak with me regarding this nor will they give me my money back.Out of nine cameras I have 3 that are permanently OUT of COMMISSION and a fourth that goes in and out. Now, the system (DVR) is becoming fully non-functional and get this... these people NEVER gave us the correct passwords to our own system.I will be suing them as soon as I can serve them. I want my $9300 back! HORRIBLE COMPANY.
