Pick up /drive-up is the best option to dealing with check out lines. My food is always bagged well and no issues with the meats or vegetables. I highly recommend.

One of the best grocery stores in Vegas. Clean and organized with very helpful employees. Reasonable prices for Summerlin. Pretty much everything you need is in-stock. Easy parking lot and a CVS next door.
