“I visited the shop around noon on August 7, 2026, while sightseeing from Japan. I bought plenty of the popular tote bags and a large assortment of sweets that were perfect for souvenirs. I also picked up a lot of hand sprays—items I hadn't seen back in Japan. Although the shop isn't large, it’s a convenient place that seems to stock a bit of everything. When I was leaving, I was in a bind because the taxi I had arranged didn't show up, but the staff kindly called one for me, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.”

Looks like they have been renovating their kitchen for some time now so no hot food (and idk if they will ever bring it back), but I was able to get the raw beef larb and papaya salad along with a side of sticky rice. All I gotta say is yum!!! The beef larb was especially flavorful. Ask to make it bitter- that's the only way to eat raw larb. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas.”

“I have been to quite a few Sprouts locations around Las Vegas, and I can honestly say that Miss Stacy made me the BEST sandwich I have ever gotten from a Sprouts deli! 🥪❤ I actually told her that I’ve been trying to find the Sprouts location with the best sandwich maker because, at other locations, they’ll put the mustard and mayo on the sandwich but won’t spread it out. Then every time you take a bite, all the condiments come spilling out, and it drives me crazy 😂. I explained this to Stacy, and she immediately understood exactly what I meant. She took her time, made sure everything was spread properly, and put so much care into making my sandwich. I was watching her make it and could already tell it was going to be good — and it absolutely was! But honestly, what stood out even more than the sandwich was Stacy herself. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like she wanted to make sure I was taken care of. She was so kind and comforting during our interaction, and she even wished me well before I left. It was such a small interaction, but she made my entire experience so much better. Stacy deserves recognition for the way she treats customers and the pride she clearly takes in her work. I will absolutely be coming back to this Sprouts specifically because of her. I was totally frazzled and couldn't find anything, but Garrett, a very helpful clerk, came along and totally saved me. My phone was on 4%, but he helped me find the rest of the items I needed, got them to the register, separately bagged them, and then helped me to my car. By the end, I still had 1% left on my phone! “Southwest Marketplace is a really convenient shopping area, especially when you live on this side of Las Vegas. We have stopped here for all kinds of things over the years, and that's probably what I like most about it. You can run in for something quick, do a little shopping, grab something to eat, or take care of several errands while you're already in the area. It stays pretty busy, but that's Las Vegas. Having so many everyday options together makes it worth dealing with the traffic during the busier times. It's not somewhere we think of as a destination. It's simply one of those places that makes everyday life more convenient, and sometimes that's exactly what you need. A good, useful shopping center that we're glad to have in the southwest.”

The Cincinnati-based supermarket giant will open about 110 new stores in fast-growing markets by 2029 and introduce three updated store formats, executives told investors Oct. 20 at the company’s Investor Update in New York. Kroger already runs about 2,700 stores in 35 states. The formats come in three sizes, a bit like small, medium and large, matched to each market. Mary Ellen Adcock, Kroger’s executive vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer, walked through the lineup.
Walmart shoppers want a head start on the holidays, and money explains a lot of it. Some 44% of respondents call affording the holidays their top stressor, and 61% say holiday costs shape their shopping mood. Asked what would make the season easier, 70% picked lower prices and 57% picked more deals and promotions. Convenience ranks lower: 30% want one-stop shopping across categories, and 20% want faster delivery.
Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions. Behind the scenes, the service leans on Walmart's store network and an algorithm that factors in order size, available drivers, and distance from the store.
Trader Joe's keeps adding stores, and shoppers keep showing up. The California grocer has marked nine more locations as "opening soon," pushing its expansion into new corners of the country. The grocer also took first place in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's 2026 supermarket rankings. It has held a spot near the top of that list for years.
Target is rolling out its most ambitious store overhaul in more than ten years, with plans to remodel over 130 locations and open 30 new stores across the country this year. The retailer is also putting money into supply chain technology upgrades to keep pace with how shoppers buy today.
