Been with my bank over 12+ yrs basically b4 my bank mvcu transfered over to AFCU, WHICH I LOVE THIS CREDIT UNION !! highly recommend to everyone!! When I was in a jam with my account thank god my bank worked with me to be able to get my funds out, amazing ppl an their systems amazing also!!

I had a great experience today. Fatima who helped me was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She was the only employee who greeted customers with a smile, and it really made a difference. Excellent customer service like hers deserves to be recognized.
