“Sharing my positive experience with renting a safe deposit box with The American Guardian. My bank ran out of safes and I found them online. Cannot believe I wasn’t aware of this company all these years. So much more convenient than the bank. It took literally few minutes to sign up and you get 7 days a a week access which is great for me because I can never get to my bank during weekdays anyways. Prices are a bit higher than the bank but well worth it.”

“I Love, love, love WAFD Summerlin branch, they have a great work team and I feel very welcomed there, Diane has helped me with my account, she is an awesome banker, Leah is very helpful as well, and I appreciate when they do take care of my banking business. In general I love banking there because they do care when I have any questions and they always answer to me promptly. The WAFD app is very useful and I never had issues with it, I like that they let us know in advance when they will do any updates.”

Use it to buy your coffee and it's 50% off!This place knows everything a consumer in 2024 is looking for! Huge booths with plenty of outlets. Private "study rooms" (first come first served basis, no time limits). Excellent avocado toast. Delicious coffee. Friendly staff. And a few unobtrusive bankers in case, you know, you need an auto loan.Again there is no hard sell here. They are welcoming AF and low-key have a few bankers around.Several employees politely declined to be photographed (no worries, that's why I lways ask first). The lady in the photo with the plants enthusiastically agreed to be photographed.Oh and I got some Capital One swag! Car air freshners, because umm OF COURSE!All are welcome here. The last 3 years or so, I've connected with the Hualapai branch for many of my personal banking needs. I visit the branch about twice a week. The staff is always friendly, always helpful! It is a pleasure to go the bank. Working with JC, Melody, April and Erica is nothing short of wonderful. Recently, my debit card was hacked. JC worked closely with me to submit my claim to the card's fraud division. The card fraud division initially denied my claim. However, after a discussion with JC, the Card Fraud Division reversed their position and credited my account for all the loses. The customer service here ... the best!”

“Here’s a Big Shout Out for Rebecca A, Branch Manager at the Flamingo branch. I met with her for a used car loan and she was very knowledgeable for this type of transaction and worked very hard with the seller to make the deal happen. As it would turn out, the seller could not provide the proper documentation and the deal couldn’t be completed. However, Rebecca’s effort went far beyond what I expected. Refreshing to see this in today’s world. I would return to Rebecca for my next loan needs and I would recommend her to my friends.”

“It was the first time I have worked with this branch, on Lake Mead. I had worked with another branch and was frustrated when I was done. I called and made an appointment with Donovan for 9:30 on Friday the 29th. I took a book intending I would have to wait. Donovan was ready when I arrived at 9:30 and had done some research on what we had discussed the day before. He answered all my questions, was patient and made the visit a totally postive experience. I will ONLY go to this branch from now on. He gave me his card and said please call with any future questions I may have. Thank you Donovan, you are truly an asset to this branch!!!”
