I enjoyed my bootbarn experience because not only did they speak both English and Spanish they all seemed to know what they were doing and would always check in to see if you were finding everything well

They have great shoes but a prices are average. Their warranty ends the second you wear the shoes.

Came in to boot barn today to get some new work boots and had the pleasure of working with Mary. She was extremely helpful and willing to find boots that were my style. She provided that old school Las Vegas customer service that I do appreciate greatly. Great job Mary. 10 out of 10.
