“Jahaira provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. From the moment I walked in, she checked on me multiple times without ever being pushy, while other associates were occupied talking amongst themselves. She made me feel like I was genuinely valued as a customer.
What impressed me most was that she treated the store like she personally owned it. She took complete ownership of providing an exceptional experience, paid attention to every detail, and went above and beyond. Before boxing up my shoes, she carefully removed the stickers and cleaned them so they looked absolutely perfect. It’s those little touches that make a huge difference.
She also took the time to have a real conversation with me, shared a personal story, and created a genuine connection instead of making the interaction feel transactional. It’s rare to meet someone who is so attentive, personable, and invested in making every customer feel welcome.

“I came here on December 4th in the afternoon. I am new to buying quality scrubs. I went into the store and was immediately greeted by such a kind woman! She helped me pick out the scrubs that worked for me. I am on the shorter side but also plus size. She helped me pick out a few different styles and took all of my preferences into consideration. I was able to find two different brands and I love them! She is so kind and considerate! I wish I was able to remember her name but seriously she made the experience so much easier!! The store was very clean and very organized.”

“Christa and Rianna were very helpful! I was grabbing lunch at the pizza spot. Next door, after lunch I decided to check out Industrial Shoes since I always drive passed it. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, Christa was very attentive, she to made sure I got the work boots that was best suited for my line of work. I went with some really nice Brunt boots. She wasn’t pushy at all and she let me decide what felt right for me.
A week later I took 2 of my employees back to the store and ended up getting 2 more pairs of the same boots for them. Christa and Rianna were there this time, they both had a great sense of humor and were a delight to shop with. They didn’t have the correct size for my two techs so they said they can order them, ship them to their houses or have them pick the boots up when they arrive at the store. They said it would be about 2 weeks, it only took 1 week and the boots arrived. I will definitely be returning in the future for any boots that me or my team may need. Thank you!!”
“Visiting from the Lone Star State & walked into Vans. The best thing I could have ever done. I received excellent service from sales associate, Brandin! I’ve never ever owned a pair of Vans until now. After explaining to Brandin exactly what I was looking for, he recommended a shoe that would fit my needs. I tried them on and they were perfect! Walked the strip all day and they are the most comfortable shoe i own. Better than my NIKE, Adidas & UA. Brandin actively listened to my needs & provided. Thank you Brandin! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! Sara was VERY helpful in finding shoes for my daughter. This is not the first time I've tried to find shoes that will work for her, but this is the first time we were successful. “Cesar's Shoe World is a phenomenal independent brick and mortar business in the Las Vegas area. In today's world of fast delivery from a picture online, Cesar's staff is the complete opposite and exemplify the embodiment of customer service. I was looking for a pair of dress shoes for a wedding and the delightful sales rep, Cathy, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable about the products, made excellent recommendations, and brought out three similar pairs to provide me with a selection of choices. The selection was solid, the fit was fire, and the whole experience felt effortless. I put together a full black-and-white drip. Graphic chess tee, clean kicks, fitted cap, and those crystal-detailed jeans. Rocked the whole look for only $400 and it looks way pricier than that.
This is easily my favorite spot to shop. I’ll definitely be back and I already know I’ll be spending more. If you want style, confidence, and staff that actually cares, this is the place. ??”
