Send poor quality refilled cartridges that print blurry or gray pages then harrass you until you dont even want to speak to them. Even AFTER speaking to them, leave threatening calls saying that I didn't. All to save $10 over retail OEM. Which is actually a $40 loss after I have to pay to send back cartridges they wont... read full comment

Paul Destefano has been consistently rude to my office assistant. She is doing her job by letting him know that I am not in need of any supplies. I cannot support a business that allows it's employees to be rude to mine.

We don't go through ink as quickly as they would like so they call daily sometimes 2-3 times a day. OVER AND OVER, we have threatened to call the BBB we have begged and begged them to stop calling our store and they WILL NOT STOP.
