Had a problem with my phone and got help from a very knowledgable staff member. It took a while to get my phone fixed, but it was worth it.

We were greeted by Austine. Awesome gentleman. Was able to transfer my service from Verizon to AT&T within reasonable time. No complaints, overall good experience.

Jason was very helpful. He walked my husband and I through the pros and cons of the phones we were looking at and answered all of our many questions. He was knowledgeable and thorough. We couldn't be happier with our phones!
