“I brought two iPads in, one that needed a new screen the other iPad wouldn’t turn on. Valerie was honest and educated me on the issue which was Roblox crashing my tablet, she was able to turn on my tablet and charge it to 80%, she told me what the issue could be due to my tablet not charging to 100% I truly appreciated her honesty I thought my tablet needed a new battery. She offers free diagnostic. She didn’t charge me for getting my tablet turned back on which anyone would appreciate. She offers quality work for an affordable price. “10/10. My iPhone 13 was really messed up and needed the battery and whole back replaced. He quoted me 240 but after looking at it he let me know that there was a software issue too so instead of just fixing what I wanted and having me go home and realize it wasn’t all the way fixed, he was straight up with me. He made sure I didn’t spend unnecessary money & didn’t take advantage. I decided to come back a couple hours later to replace my screen on my old iPhone SE and it was 80$ and done in literally 10 MINUTES! Quick, cheap, and friendly service”

“This Cricket store is the friendliest and most helpful Cricket outlet I have ever experienced! Over the course of a week, we had to replace my wife's phone then, my phone. Both Flor and Roland went out of their way to provide service I thought had vanished. They took their time, assisted us with our concerns and found the best phone(s) to fit our needs. My wife even visited a few times after the sale for help with her phone. Flor and Roland straightened out her concerns every time with care and professionalism. No hard sell. No attitude issues toward older people. They answered our questions with clarity, honesty and a friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, I am never going to return to Las Vegas. I wish I could find another Cricket store as wonderful as this location.
