“Let me tell y’all how what should’ve been only a 45min an hour at the most visit turned into a 2 hour WAIT because the online chat agent couldn't get my order right! TWICE. On top of sending me to a store so far from home. Completely out the way.SAM was so patient and helpful throughout the process. She said “ We’re getting you these phones today” . We started the process ALL over again for the 3rd time and the deals she was giving me were mind blowing like what? Yes add that! She’s super friendly and professional. We chatted about everything like I’d known her forever! She gave great customer service and because of her my 2 hour wait went by so quick. Once the order FINALLY came through (this online agent was slow as hell like why are you even doing this job?) SAM had both phones and my home internet ready and out the door in 30 mins. I switched from android to iPhone and she was so patient with meThere is no upselling even though I got my screen protector, block and phone case there, she took her time and transferred all my apps etc to my new phone. I did the transaction over the phone with an agent and picked up in store an hour later at this location. I also did a trade in and got my iPhone 15 for free and kept my plan which is now $65 monthly.”
