Revising my initial review. I didn't have a good experience at Audi LV, but after spending some time on the phone with the GM today, I do feel that the issues I presented were heard and are being addressed to ensure better experiences for customers moving forward.

Wido is by far the best guy I've had in the service department, communication was great, he got everything done, gave me great deals and went above and beyond for the service on my car!!!
