βMike was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout my claim and repair. It was a long process for me, and during it I got to see the quality of work he and his team were doing on other cars in the shop, which really put me at ease. He always answered my texts and returned my calls. What mattered most to me was that they worked with me throughout the whole process, and they repaired the damage on my car and made it look like new again. Travis at Battle Born Offroad took it upon himself to make sure the issue was resolved immediately. Within hours, he had a new set of shocks shipped out to me. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days!

βThis place was great. It's not in the most inviting neighborood, but don't let that discourage you. The work they did here is top notch and service is fast. Most of all, Dan is super communicative, straightforward, friendly, ad knowledgable. This visit was a pleasure and we are greatful for the quick and thorough fix of our RV's exhaust pipe and replacement of our catalytic converter. Oh yeah--they can work on big rigs, which is a big deal since so many shops aren't able (or willing) to service larger vehicles like our 26-foot motorhome. Go here and give them your business--you'll be glad you did.β

βAmazing place. Amaizng people. I took me longer to drive from southern highlands and back then it did for them to fix my rim. I was in and out of there in 46mins. I hit a rock awhile back and noticed a shaking in my steering wheel, took it to discount tire and was told I needed a new rim and new tires(~$1200), came here and none of that was true. Hopefully I don’t bend anymore rims but I’m definitely a customer for life now. Thanks Hub Cap Annies!β

βWent to Johnny WALKER after I damaged my travel trailer for repairs. Keith in the service department kept me informed all through the process and answered all my questions, it ended up taking longer to get the parts due to shape and paint but Keith kept me up to date. The repairs were completed once the parts arrived and the repairs came out great.β
βI had the front and rear differential covers and the PPE transmission pan upgraded on my F-150 Raptor here. I am very satisfied. It would have been perfect, however, if the residual oil had been cleaned up after the job was finished; the next day, I saw oil stains on the undercarriage and thought there was a leak—until I cleaned it up and checked myself... it turned out to be just leftover oil residue.

βThese guys are the best when it comes to my trucks driveline, differentials, and suspension. Got there with unidentified noise and they fixed it in 2 days like new. The truck is super quiet and smooth and feels better than factory. They were honest and did not opt to replace the entire diff when it was only a couple of bearings. I will be back and would highly recommend!β

βWent to ACE LV for a bumper repair and they connected me with Freddy at Gerber Collision, great experience all around. Both companies were transparent, respectful, and communicative every step of the way. There were no hidden fees, and they sent a link so I could track my car’s repair status online.
The whole job took just 2 days, and my bumper looks brand new. Freddy even fixed a few scratches on my passenger door that I mentioned weren’t a big deal, he went ahead and took care of them anyway. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare.
They also work closely with car insurance and can help set you up with a rental if you need one. Highly recommend, their excellent reviews are well earned.β
