“Bought a great 997 that had the key to the wheel locks. Went to have some work performed that required removing two wheels only to find out that the key provided did not work. Drove over to Porsche and they were so nice and were quick to resolve my safety issue by removing the locks and installing proper lugs for me. I was really impressed and now I feel safe with my car.”
“12/10 recommend. received Lexus dealer level luxury service but better. Got my car in same day, open 7 days a week, provided us with shuttle service. I'm advised they do offer loaner car if needed. Fantastic warranty. Incredibly impressed with the digital communication. Instantaneously once the diagnostic was completed I had a text to my phone with the full diagnostic report recommendations report diagnostic test results and a link to photos and videos. They were able to have work done same day as parts were all available. Jorge was up front and transparent about the costs clear about what had to be done and what could wait and stuck to the quote. No trying to upsell unnecessary services. Hear me... the labor pricing is on the higher end of reasonable but it is absolutely worth it. Jorge uses OEM parts and his transparency is a rarity in this town. Worth every penny. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Car is running like a dream again. “I need to remember to only use this location. Unfortunately, other locations are a hit and miss but this one always gets it done and there's no problems. Guys are friendly and I'm happy with the service. I was literally done with jiffy lube after going to a different location because the kids there were not friendly, over charged me, didn't put the oil cap on right, and the national customer service blew me off. I was done and went somewhere else for my last oil change but today I didn't have a lot of time and I was driving past this location. They totally revived my trust so they should all get recognition. Well done fellas. Jordan, Jayden, Shamar, and there was another guy but I missed his name. All efficient and helpful”

2 stars for them using FedEx as the shipper. FedEx would not leave the parts on the porch as they said the value was too high and it would get stolen. FedEx tried twice during normal work hours(11am) to deliver with no one home. Duh, I work those hours. Third try the driver finally called me and left the parts with the neighbor down the street. No, I don't have anywhere else to ship things to. No, I don't want to bother my neighbors with deliveries. FedEx is terrible. Battle Born, pleas consider changing shipping companies”

“Even though it cost me a LOT to get a catalytic converter to pass smog... Fernando and staff were phenomenal and they even have a very nice waiting area with TV and free coffee and free snacks.”
“Went in expecting to have my Fiat worked on (because the dealership suggested it a while back). I received a quote over the phone for the parts and labor but was advised that could change after an initial inspection.
I brought the car in and the mechanic took a look at the service interval in the car’s manual. He noticed the 50k and 60k service were mostly checks on the various systems.
Even after I pointed out that the dealership suggested a much labor intensive service, the mechanic took a look at everything and pointed out a couple things I could do if I wanted them to be done, but nothing critical (except the tires, which I got through Costco).
At no point did he pressure me into service that I didn’t need. I did end up getting an oil change and opted for the injector cleaner since the computer diagnostics suggested I could benefit from that.
I will definitely be back when my car does actually need something done. He also did give me peace of mind in that my car is in great condition.”

“If you’re the type of person who loves to knock everything out at once, this location and service is the perfect place! Having just moved from out of state, I came to this Jiffy Lube and received the best service a woman could ask for. The manager, David, has got to be one of the best service managers I’ve seen. Very attentive to his staff and customers. I was very impressed by the organization of this location and the fast services I had received in less than 20 minutes! He changed my oil, filter, and a quick service checklist notifying me of a small transmission leak to get checked out. Although I was aware of the leak, his team’s service and attention to detail was great. Especially as a woman, I definitely would trust and recommend this location’s quality to other woman without fear of being taken advantage of. I also was able to stop right next door to “Fabulous Freddy’s Car Wash” for a quick one and done stop for my car’s maintenance. A clean car with an oil change all in one area. Highly recommend!”
