“I've been going here since moving back to Vegas a couple of years ago. This last time I went to repair oil leaks on my Yukon. I had some concerns that the issues weren't entirely fixed. A little frustrated I contacted the owner "Hamid" who's number is on the front desk. As soon as I contacted him I received a call from Irma who took over the situation and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of what the issue was. Irma was very friendly, informative and very concerned with resolving the issues with my Yukon. Great honest, clean work from the mechanics and awesome customer service from Irma and Hamid. Thank you Busy Boots. I will definitely be back and continue to refer people to a company that stands behind their work and warranties.”

I've never forgotten Wally, his wife (who worked the office) and his kids...ALL of whom were nice, kind people. Thank you !!!”
“Came in here today to get my Harley's rear tire swapped, and unfortunately had another seizure while waiting in their lobby which isn't uncommon for me. I forgot to take my meds before I came in and these guys were more than helpful when I faded out.
They helped me out until the ambulance arrived and even after I was released and got back to the shop, these guys were extremely kind.
I appreciate all of y'all for being a solid group of guys. 100%.”

“Courtesy Auto Repair is the best in Las Vegas! My car was not working and needed to be repaired immediately, a repair the dealership said they couldn’t do and wanted to charge me $9000 for a new engine instead. I took my car to Courtesy and Thomas and Avi were so helpful throughout the whole process. My car was fixed within a day (no new engine necessary) and the price was unbeatable. The customer service was excellent from bringing my car in, communicating about my car via phone, and picking my car up. They are the only ones I want to service my car now. Don’t get ripped off at the dealer and bring your car to Courtesy ASAP!”
“Needed to get some body work done on my Volkswagen Christmas week. Vigen and the boys at HI STAR did a fantastic job. The car looks like it was never even touched by that evil yellow parking post. Vigen was awesome to deal with, was up front about all the costs. He even gave me options to save money on some aspects. He also had the car ready exactly when he said he would. “Bobby and his team are great mechanics. If you have a old school car you know what a pain it is to find a shop that will even work on your car. Pep boys wouldn't even work on my car cause it doesn't have a computer to tell them how to fix it. I watched Bobby tune my timing by ear in front of me. Guy is a master at his craft. Car has never run better. Keep in mind since it's so well known the shop is extremely busy and your car may take some time being there. Don't try to rush the process and give them time to get to get it done right. You'll be happy with the results.”
“I have a 2014 Honda Accord and my CVT transmission went out on me. Andres went the extra mile and found a low mile used transmission to install instead of the over $7k I was going to have to pay for a refurbished CVT. I highly recommend this shop. Very friendly and honest shop!”
