“Juan and team were very supportive and communicative throughout my automotive repair process.
I have recently moved to Vegas and road tripped from Washington state to Nevada. My right front passenger side was making a weird noise while I was accelerating on the freeway turning left.
I came in at 8am on a Friday, October 2, 2026. Juan and team were able to diagnose my car early in the morning and shared I would need to replace my control arms and axels. The team could not fit me until the following Monday. I elected to come in Thursday, October 15, 2026, and Wrench It was accommodating. My car was ready to drive Friday, October 16, 2026, in the AM.
Prior to the service beginning Juan communicated that due to the rust there maybe more work needed in order to drive my car safely.
I ultimately needed an alignment, steering knuckle, knuckle bolts, front wheel bearing, and front callipers/rotors/brake pads replaced.
I feel the costs for repair were reasonable and when there were updates Wrench It would give me a call and notify me of any changes.
I am very happy with the timely work done on my car and feel safe driving. Wrench It communicated that my parts come with a 1-year warranty and I feel confident returning for any additional car maintenance.
While I was waiting there were a multitude of other customers going in and out but I never felt rushed.
I would definitely recommend supporting a small business and going to Wrench It for automotive/car repair and maintenance, thank you!”

“Believe it or not, this is my third time coming to Collision Works—and twice in just one year with the same car! My daughter hit a pole, and more recently, I was hit in an accident.
Through it all, Collision Works has continued to provide some of the best bodywork and customer service in town. I’ve been to several other body shops over the years, and at some places, you can feel like you’re nothing more than a number. That has never been my experience here. They treat you like a person, take pride in their work, and make sure the job is done right.
I also appreciate that they work with and support both active-duty and retired military members.
In my experience, Collision Works is truly one of the best body shops in town—and I’ve been to quite a few!

“I had my brake pads changed here. I had planned to go to a bigger name shop until my ChatGPT suggested to try TC Auto. I called and he was able to get me in immediately. He showed me my brake pads and the rotor before making a decision. He was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I feel like I made a good decision coming here. The pricing seemed more than fair to me! When I got in an accident I didn’t think the car was fixable. “Miguel and the team here are always A++ - I told Miguel I would leave a review forever ago on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, but I got locked out of my gmail. I got it back now so here is my review. 5 stars! From the customer service to the technicians / mechanics in the back, everything from start to finish has been great with these guys. I feel like I have not only a business relationship with these people but also friendship too. Miguel has helped me with tows, selling my vehicle(s), etc. I spent a ton of money with him on my Jeep and then a new unrelated issue happened and it was going to cost me so much money, but Miguel didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic because he knew I wasn’t going to replace my engine. Little things like that keep a customer for life. I have 3 vehicles and I plan to always use Big Brand for my repair needs. They also offer Acima (leasing) to help with paying and cost. I now have my 00 Chevy Silverado going there today to get the brake line checked and some other routine maintenance. THANK YOU BIG BRAND FOR EARNING MY TRUST!!!”

“The job that was done was a very difficult job previous owner of this truck did not do proper maintenance on it. So the job was tough I personally think they took a little longer than necessary but not knocking them at all things happen but the work that was done was definitely quality work. “We were headed back to California from Utah and discovered we had a defective tire and wouldn't make it much farther. I have a lifted truck with a uncommon tire size. I called and spoke with Paulo. He found me the tires I needed and had them ready to install in less than 30 minutes. They replaced everything, recalibrated my sensors and even touched up a couple scratches on my wheels. Very professional, very helpful and super friendly! Thank you guys for saving the day.”

“Honestly ill never go anywhere else because this is the only autoshop that I've never felt scammed at. The administrator is a woman and she's very sweet, polite, AND informative. They used to be very close to my house and now that they moved i drive the 17 minutes over here just to not get scammed anywhere else. Also they keep a history of all my repairs and warranty. I almost bought a new alternator once and they let me know mine was still under warranty.”

“I had the pleasure interacting with Marie and Esteban!! I was in Vegas visiting and I had to get repairs done while I was there. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with car repairs!! Update: Although this location did a great job, I cannot recommend Tire Works as a company. In just three days they have spammed me with over half a dozen texts and emails asking for reviews across three different platforms.”

“I was on my way out of Las Vegas (13 July 2026 9:30 am) and my left rear tire on my dash display showed it was low and I was headed to Reno NV. The Gentleman at the front desk of Ted Wiens Tire and Auto asked a few questions, I provided some general info and within 5 minutes later my Ram truck was in the shop. Within 45 minutes my truck tire was repaired and they showed me a large (16 penny nail) that was causing the leak. The charge for the repair was less than $30.00 Wow! Great service fantastic price and very professional. I can highly recommend this shop for repairs and services.”

They went into depth with questions of what I was looking for with the transmission and what I wanted to do with it.
