“My car’s battery had decided to die in the middle of Nevada's heat. I called the store to check the warranty on the battery. Travis picked up the phone. He stated that the warranty had expired and obviously i needed a new yellow top battery. They didnt have one in the store so he ordered one. He also stated that since the first time i bought the battery, the price had gone up. He was so nice, that he offered to match the price from 3 years a go. I told him to put the order in and ill be there around 5. I didnt have any tools on me, so the guys at the replaced it for me.

“I’m glad to see great reviews for this store, they deserve it !So we were at Las Vegas motor speedway for hot rod magazine power tour and traveled from San Diego and we had Developed a coolant leak that we needed some parts for and a quick Google search came up with the store and I’m glad it did.Anthony, I believe was our salesman invoice number 5730–430949 He took care of us with the parts we needed, and went above and beyond to help us find a car wash that we could self wash the engine compartment, it was a mess. “Place is awesome! Sadly getting hard to find a quality electronics supply store these days. If your tired of paying crazy higher for USB outlets for auto & marine…This is the place! Wide variety of wiring terminals tools, relays lights fuses and impressive selection of connectors….Some see to be military grade. Calvin & the gang are knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with solutions for your equipment needs & repairs. If your a musician or DJ they have every Jack and amplifier plug know to man I think. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. Lots of electronic specialty items too from meters, connector crimpers to soldering stations and HUGE inventory of project boxes and Pelican Cases.”

I then went to the Tropicana and Fort Apache location, and thanks to Dan and Chris, I was finally able to get my headlight changed. Their help was greatly appreciated! Excellent customer service! “Awsome location w really cool and friendly staff. It's a well stocked but smaller store front so it's kind of hidden. That's a plus for me as a customer. I have been traveling on a road trip from California east and been chasing electrical gremlins. O'Reilly has been my go to stop for parts and on the general have been great. After replacing most of my charging system I located the issue but did kill the battery I recently purchased. Yes it's under warranty and they do offer free charging and testing of batteries, I didn't need anything else or make any other purchases today or at this location. It's refreshing as a return customer to the brand to feel welcome and of no burden to bring my battery I'm and ask for it to be charged. Received service w a smile on both drop off and pick up. Even got to joke w staff about finally finding a fusible link as the issue and how no one ever thinks to check those. Highly recommend and all my parts needs ill be stopping here first while I'm in town.

“Today was my first time inside an O'Reilly Auto Parts store. Woke up and my car wouldn't start. Dead battery. By chance I got it to start and then looked up the closet place to me.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Giovanni. Told him my issue and he tested my battery. Definitely needed a new battery after the test.
He got me a new battery and installed it within minutes without issue.
Very happy with the service and timeliness of installation.

“Prices are a little high for things that can be got cheaper at Walmart or even Walgreens. They should have more sales so you could pick up some items when they are on sale and make it worth going. They don't have everything you would need and can only order certain things. But for the most part it's got most everything you need and the people that work there are pretty knowledgeable.”

“I couldn't believe how nice and helpful the Manager of the store, I believe his name is Donald was for me yesterday! He went beyond on taking care of me and helping me on my purchase. I was trying to solve the problem of the catalytic converter without having to spend the cash of purchasing a new one. It's very rare to get assistance like that. It's my experience the employees will attempt to get or persuade someone to spend more instead of less for the same results. This gentleman is awesome. Luckily I live nearby because it's now my "go to" wherever I happen to be. Thanks a lot!!!!”

“Other than sales peeps trying to diagnose they need to stop giving advice as they charged me for parts I didn't need where it turns out that it was there faulty battery that caused an additional $300 to my bill and this fixed income every month I'm not going to have any funds to live on nor do I have funds now to make an emergency Trip to be with my Daughter as my son-in-law passed 2 days ago and this one way trip will cost $500 one way from Las Vegas”

“I came in with a bad battery and once we popped the hood, it turned out the terminal was severely corroded and basically welded the bolts together as well. My guy Flynn worked tirelessly for nearly an hour determined to get the bad terminal swapped out before putting in the new battery. I really can't thank him enough. 6 STARS!!!”
