Dead battery as I was about to head out to work, with no ability to get help without someone coming to my home and install a new battery. I needed it ASAP. Chris helped me place the order over the phone (their website wasn't functioning so I couldn't personally place an online purchase for a new battery. He took my info, came to my home and installed it within 15 mins. He was a total lifesaver. This is not a service they normally perform. I was in a real pickle and Chris saved the day. “Michelle was very helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. I never thought I would leave a review at a auto parts store, but she literally was incredible! She was a really good multitasker and was incredibly interactive and friendly while doing it. My husband and I want to start doing our own oil changes and she got us set up for the future. She printed out receipts with how much everything will cost us for our vehicles and she was very quick. When we are ready to do our oil changes, we will come back and buy everything on the receipt she recommended.”

Billy installed it in about an hour and 10 minutes and took care of the core too. Great service provided and out the door at least $250 cheaper than their competition.
