“It almost never rains in Henderson NV but of course my windshield wipers decided this was the time to crap out during a week long expected rainfall. I drove over to O'Reilly's this morning to get a new set. I can't say enough about the quality of service I received. I spoke with Tisha who discussed my options, gave me some tips on how to prolong the life of wipers in our area, and even installed the new wipers for me, all in about 15 minutes. Five stars for O'Reilly's customer service and 6 stars for Tisha! Ron, Henderson, NV”

“Went there with a battery problem as I purchased my prior one there. Another shop told me my battery was fine and tried to sell me on a starter. Glad it went back to O'Reilly's for another opinion. They tested my battery and alternator told me my battery was shot and that was it. Honored the warranty! They replaced it quickly and sent me on my way. Thank you Paul.
