I went to this branch to withdraw a large amount that my debit or credit card allowed. I went into the branch office, and I had the money within 5 minutes. It was seamless and very convenient. No appointment is required.

I called and set up an appointment next morning, had problems setting up passwords but the agent was able to open my account the old fashioned way. Was treated to a tasty coffee and everything else went well.
