Nutrition education is at our core. Since our inception more than 30 years ago, Chefs for Kids - a heritage grassroots-at-heart non-profit - has been on a mission to alleviate malnutrition and hunger in children through education and awareness. Our vision is to have a community of individuals that cares and prioritizes the health habits of younger generations, aiding us in our goal. We do this by partnering with nutrition educators, local chefs and companies to deliver nutrition education initiatives that directly impact a child's understanding of food. Working together, we provide a Healthy Eating Education Program that not only feeds kids, but provides them with the nutrition education building blocks for living a healthier lifestyle.
