I wish I could give this bank -0 stars! Horrible customer service I applied for a credit card got approved 5 months ago have called to reorder card FIVE times! Called today they told me they never placed for a new card to be sent!! Representative didn’t have answers for me on why and when I canceled the card and asked for a cancellation confirmation they said it would be 72 hours till I received a simple email which I probably won’t ever get because they don’t know how to do anything right!! Save yourself the trouble! Worse banking ever!!

Went to withdraw cash at the teller and they closed my account. Called the fraud department and was told the branch froze and closed it. The branch denied they did it. Don't go there.

This bank is horrible! They got your money and never letting you withdraw they change your phone number and say you can’t pass security code check then hang up and they don’t have branches in other cities asking you drive 1300 miles to their branch!

They don't deserve even a star. This is a bank that commits fraud with its clients. I made a deposit to my credit card which was reflected the day after payment. I was confident after 3 weeks that I was checking my account online and I still wanted to make purchases. for the amount that I had free and almost 1 month later they wanted to put the 2 thousand dollars back in my account, owing it even more than I have in credit. They never notified me either by email or by message, nor did they withdraw it from my online banking to My this was a fraud they make you go into more debt than you can and then they just say it's not our problem the guy who answered me super rude bad bank I don't recommend it as soon as I pay that money I'm leaving

Please avoid this bank. I wrote a check to my contractor. The funds cleared my account. The bank froze the check to contractor and stated my contractor treated for fraud. Account blocked card taken away. I was treated much different as wealthy. Jason Vasquez I question. Why that is.?

This is the worst bank branch to visit..they are extremely rude impatient and short-tempered they calk security on you for any disagreement,,,very uncomfortable very unfriendly!!!!! I do not recommend Even coming close this place at all!!!!!!!!!

This location is the worst, I hope the manager there will get fired for turning away customers , they will not entertain anybody when it's 30 minutes before they closed especially when you open a new account Yes , a male manager wannabe fashion model

Was going to consider switching banks because this bank is closer to our business, however, went in to do a simple break of $100 (something our business needs done regularly,) and mentioned they don't do it unless I'm a customer, at which point I mentioned I have a credit card with them, but evidently it still wasn't good enough. On top of that, it didn't feel welcoming walking in.

I have had a credit card for 3 years with citi. I have 100% on time payments, no derogatories, but they kept me at a $200 limit this entire time. Some of my credit cards are over $5000 at other institutions. Ive tried for increases online, over the phone, chat to no avail. So today I gave up and closed my account. I no longer want a laughable $200 line on my credit.
