Ariel has poor customer service, after helping me withdrawing money she threw it, I asked for an envelope and she also just threw it at me with a bad attitude. Didn’t even organized the money or anything.

Get rid of rosa, the bank teller with the washed out blonde hair, she doesn't look like she wants to be there, and will leave u hanging when asked about certain things while other people do her job for her, management needs to get rid of her.
