No surprise this Citibank has a rating below 3. I wouldn’t even give them a 3. The teller was so slow it literally took us 15 minutes to deposit a check withdraw some cash and exchange some Euros. Not only did they charge $5 to exchange $13 but the teller was slow and rude. Her name was Juliet. It made me so disappointed that i even came inside. I would be embarrassed if i was the branch manager. No wonder people use ATM’s this bank is giving banking a bad name. Im certainly glad i only have a credit card and i actually bank elsewhere.

Wondering how this got here? Telling people corporate responses only shows the disconnect between people and institutions.
When a bank has a system that someone walks up to a teller withdraws money from your account......and isn't you.....why are you being told by customer service rep your family isn't important when their funds were stolen? Those responses don't replace the money I PUT IN MY ACCOUNT. THEY DONT PAY FOR ANYTHING. Then forcing customers to have accounts opened that have been compromised with no solution to fix it.
I now have 20.00 in my account and told by citibank 🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾. Nothing you can do. The fact that a system is in place that will leave customers with nothing as a solution is astounding. That's my mistake choosing citibank. Chase reversed the charges and didn't tell me wait till Monday. You guys did. This branch did. MR. Colon, Was this really worth it? over $375? Citibank why is the account holder being punished for a teller transaction? These are the issues I have been dealing with citibank.

They welcomed me with open arms,heart and beyond professionalism , helped me choose the right checking account that I felt comfortable with and fitting my needs.If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.

The reviews for this location are truly mixed, some are scary especially when we read the so-called "Owner's Response" .
Should we run away, or perhaps petition to the city to have this branch replaced with AI statues ? No joke, the excuse is sometimes more offensive than this guy Chad's personality. He is a funny guy ( of his generation ), as efficient as required by his tenure or salary. I met him in person, he represents well the bank of 2024, the interaction was cool, his demeanor impeccable. Enjoyable experience almost 30 years. Tellers welcome me by name. Chad Colon is professional, caring , goes above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. He is serious-minded, giving attention to details. Location is wheelchair friendly. Great ATMs

Chad is a rude racist employee. He picks his nose in the back office before coming j caught him and comes out to help clients. He’s short with his responses doesn’t lend a helping hand because I’m Hispanic and my spouse is black but treats the American elderly much nicer. This branch told me they couldn’t access my account and j went to another and was helped in less than 10 minutes. They advised me it’s at the banks discretion if they would assist me. I wonder what that discretion was based on. My skin color the fact that I was wobbling around 9 months pregnant in tears trying to access my money because Citi decided to freeze my account. These people have no empathy or sympathy because it’s not them in the situation. The other branch took the time and care and helped me out. Go to the location at the lakes!!

Chad. I came in to withdraw money, and a 4’9” man called the fraud department on me. He did not ask my security question yet had an issue with my out of state ID. He got my account locked, I had to seek help from a different location and after explaining the outlandish behavior, a worker laughs and asks what the man looked like. I explained and right away he said “yeah that’s Chad!” Other employees at a completely different location knew who I was speaking of and weren’t shocked he gave me a hard time. Chad (I wasn’t aware of his name until after he locked my account) profiled me. He stated there was “no title” on a transfer in my account. Maybe because I opened the account online and did an electronic transfer LIKE IS REQUIRED? I showed him the transfer from my other bank’s account. He said no, print it. I asked is they could print it at the bank. He said no. THE OTHER LOCATION, the one in North Las Vegas who actually helped me, printed it for me without asking.Why do you keep miserable people employed?

The worker told me he’s locking my account and I have 30 days to bring printed proof of where my transfer came from. When I opened the account online, I transferred from my Regions account number and routing. This worker profiled me. I was having a bad day, hair was up from cleaning, pants covered in grass from taking my dog to the park. He tells me if I don’t print proof, even after logging into my Regions account to show him, my account would be gone. Implying my entire savings would be gone.This is the rudest most idiotic person I’ve encountered since moving to NV. He had an issue with my TN identification. I will not be paying for a printing service. I will be transferring my money back and never using Citi again.
