Horrible customer service. Please take your employees to the citi branch in Henderson so they can learn how to be efficient and successful in their duties.

Staff at Citibank Summerlim are friendly and efficient. They all work as a team in a well oiled machine mode. Like to work with Chad & Jose. They are fantastic.

Enjoyable experience almost 30 years. Tellers welcome me by name. Chad Colon is professional, caring , goes above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. He is serious-minded, giving attention to details. Location is wheelchair friendly. Great ATMs

Chad is a rude racist employee. He picks his nose in the back office before coming j caught him and comes out to help clients. He’s short with his responses doesn’t lend a helping hand because I’m Hispanic and my spouse is black but treats the American elderly much nicer. This branch told me they couldn’t access my account and j went to another and was helped in less than 10 minutes. They advised me it’s at the banks discretion if they would assist me. I wonder what that discretion was based on. My skin color the fact that I was wobbling around 9 months pregnant in tears trying to access my money because Citi decided to freeze my account. These people have no empathy or sympathy because it’s not them in the situation. The other branch took the time and care and helped me out. Go to the location at the lakes!!

Chad. I came in to withdraw money, and a 4’9” man called the fraud department on me. He did not ask my security question yet had an issue with my out of state ID. He got my account locked, I had to seek help from a different location and after explaining the outlandish behavior, a worker laughs and asks what the man looked like. I explained and right away he said “yeah that’s Chad!” Other employees at a completely different location knew who I was speaking of and weren’t shocked he gave me a hard time. Chad (I wasn’t aware of his name until after he locked my account) profiled me. He stated there was “no title” on a transfer in my account. Maybe because I opened the account online and did an electronic transfer LIKE IS REQUIRED? I showed him the transfer from my other bank’s account. He said no, print it. I asked is they could print it at the bank. He said no. THE OTHER LOCATION, the one in North Las Vegas who actually helped me, printed it for me without asking. Why do you keep miserable people employed?

The worker told me he’s locking my account and I have 30 days to bring printed proof of where my transfer came from. When I opened the account online, I transferred from my Regions account number and routing. This worker profiled me. I was having a bad day, hair was up from cleaning, pants covered in grass from taking my dog to the park. He tells me if I don’t print proof, even after logging into my Regions account to show him, my account would be gone. Implying my entire savings would be gone. This is the rudest most idiotic person I’ve encountered since moving to NV. He had an issue with my TN identification. I will not be paying for a printing service. I will be transferring my money back and never using Citi again.

I have called twice now and still not received a return call from the Senior Wealth Manager for an update on the status of my CD, which got messed up from incorrect information given to me by the manager. It’s frustrating when the bank does not follow up promptly on financial matters.

Was calling them to open a new account and they just keep hanging up on me. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. I hate to see what the service is like after I open an account. The demographics of this area is mostly seniors. Sorry they are not on Twitter or any other social media. They just want good face-to-face communication with a branch representative and not some central HQ!!

Don't even consider this bank or this location. Citi Bank is clueless and their systems are very old. Setting up an account was an absolute nightmare. US Bank is better, so happy I moved from there.

I went in the morning to the Summerlin location Citibank branch to add a beneficiary to my CDs. There was no sign-in sheet anymore. The bank was fairly empty and the manager was sitting in her office, looked like she was doing nothing. Jose the teller and the other teller were with clients, and they were very slow. The manager would not help me but said Jose would when he was done with the other person. So I waited about 30 minutes and nothing was happening. Then Jose told me they couldn't do it this morning, could I come back in the afternoon. I reluctantly said yes, as this was my last day before I left overseas for 5 weeks and I wanted to make sure I had my beneficiary in case something happened to me. So I went home and then drove back in the afternoon (I don't live very close - about 6 miles). When I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment and had to wait. The manager was once again doing nothing, then she packed up her stuff at 2.30 pm and left. I was there for one hour waiting. Finally a bank employee was done with all his appointments and helped me, but not before telling me off in front of everyone as I was at this point commenting about my long wait. Don't know why they didn't tell me I needed an appointment. Jose said the manager would help me, but she left.To cut a long story short, it was very poor customer service indeed. Don't get an account at this bank as nobody cares about existing customers, instead signing up new customers.

My experience with Chad Colon at the Summerlin Las Vegas Branch on 3/31/23 was exceptional! Chad displayed professional knowledge/skills with outstanding customer service! He also sought to meet my banking needs in a friendly manner. I appreciated his approach and would highly recommend him to anyone who enjoys receiving the personal touch!

Mary is the absolute best!!!! Sally is super sweet and Jose is very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s Juliet that treats me like I have committed a crime every time I deal with her. Today, I watched her be so kind and accommodating to a customer that didn’t know her pin or anything associated with the account. When I came to her with my correct pin and all my account information, I was treated like a criminal! I was asked question after question about my account. She called several numbers for some type of verification, wrote all sort of codes, questioned me some more, stared at me blankly and was very hesitant to give me my money. She’s done this to me before when I was cashing a cashier check that I had from Citibank she looked it over and did the calls, questioned me repeatedly until I told her that she was the teller that issued the check. I truly appreciate the bank staff, but from now on I will never allow Juliet to deal with my banking.
