Our recent visit to the Citibank Sahara Branch was truly impressive and worth highlighting. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly…
Although the wait time was longer than expected likely due to the holiday weekend we were fortunate to be assisted by Sherryl, a management team member, who smoothly handed us over to Liz, one of the bankers. Our transaction was completed by Liz and Geraldine, the teller, and we must say that every team member we encountered demonstrated professionalism, patience, and genuine care. We don’t frequent this branch as much since we were longtime clients of the Silverado Branch for over 25 years, back when we lived in Henderson. Now that we reside in Summerlin West, the Sahara Branch is the closest Citibank location and we’re glad we stopped by. Despite a 1 hour and 15-minute wait, the service we received made it well worth it. We could sense the staff’s dedication and their sincere effort to assist every customer with excellence, even under pressure.
Kudos to the entire team at the Sahara Branch. Your commitment to exceptional service does not go unnoticed. We highly recommend this location for anyone seeking quality customer care.

Zero. Can't even open a new account without a appointment. But she can call someone else and ask them when they can open account and not enough choices for appointment

I went to the branch to withdraw my Certificate of deposit. I am glad to meet Melanie ,she was so nice and professional. Every employee of the branch was so nice and said hello to every customer When the branche open. I think This branch is the best in Las Vegas

This branch is honestly so disorganized, the ATM almost never accepts cash. Service is always slow, card readers are unreliable.

They will wait 8 days before telling you something went wrong with your payment. So out $100 for something they do on probably purpose.

Very unorganized. I've been waiting on banker for about 20 min now. So far there are three of them available not even considering branch manager,and no one makes an attempt serving a customer.PS: Changing to 4 star. I had to approach the manager after a long wait(and I will emphasize that for about 20 min, three associates and the manager were available and were not helping anybody.) After bringing that to the manager attention,he had to call one associate,who helped me,and it took her less than five min to do so.Thank you.

Just walked out the bank and I had the ruddiest teller ever!!!!! She was in the middle section with redish brown hair with her name tag slightly covered so I didn’t get her name. She called me to the window and while I was only making a Deposits and would have taken two minutes never greeted me as she was speaking to another customer standing close behind me my entire time at the counter rather than ask her to wait until she completed my transaction….apparently I didn’t deserve privacy while conducting my transaction. Even when I requested that she just please help me and then the next person she continues speaking to the other customer. I feel like not only the teller was rude, but the customer was as well! It was like I was invisible and my business was unneeded at the establishment! Perhaps it was because she assumed incorrectly that I didn’t understand or speak Spanish! Worst bank experience ever! Especially having been a teller many years ago I would have never been so disrespectful, customer service has definitely declined drastically!!!!
