Responsive! Only waited under an hour for dispatch to pick up of a stalled vehicle. We were waiting for another tow company almost 3 hours and Commerce was called and picked up the truck in 45 min. Good customer service by dispatch and the driver. We were thankful and relieved this company was sent!

As a fellow driver leaving icy, snowy roads in Brianhead, we noted the caution and consideration of the tow truck driver in front of us. They were letting traffic pass them at each availability and using great care and caution on steep icy roads.
