Both companies were transparent, respectful, and communicative every step of the way. There were no hidden fees, and they sent a link so I could track my car’s repair status online.
The whole job took just 2 days, and my bumper looks brand new. Freddy even fixed a few scratches on my passenger door that I mentioned weren’t a big deal, he went ahead and took care of them anyway. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare.
They also work closely with car insurance and can help set you up with a rental if you need one. Highly recommend, their excellent reviews are well earned.”

“We've been using One stop Auto for years my mom comes here my daughter and now that my warranty is up I've been bringing my truck back here too. I was driving home and my water pump blew the serpentine belt broke off I got it towed they had it fixed the next day I was able to go pick it up there was some issues with the new water pump that was put in it was faulty from the manufacturer so on the day that they were closed I had left a message and the owner had called me back and told me to bring it up right away and he'll get it fixed he went and picked up the part himself from the parts store because they didn't have anybody that was able to deliver it to the shop on a Sunday. And he repaired it by himself no other workers were there he was literally just there to do paperwork and call messages back. I was out of there within two and a half hours didn't charge me a thing we had a great conversation and I learned a lot more about my truck thank you for the amazing customer service. I feel like a gold star member LOL”

She was able to set up a tow for my car within the hour which by the way was $25 cheaper than my insurance (I didn’t have tow assistance coverage). “My initial review was made out of frustration, and needed to be modified after interacting with the employees. The facility is open 24 hours, but call first to ensure a grounds worker is on the premises to deliver your car. When we returned after a grounds person was in, we found both the office staff and grounds employee to be very helpful and empathetic to our situation. Kindness and humanity, thank you for it was very much needed at a time when we were fleeced by a bail bond company and received no humanity from the North Las Vegas Corrections Facility-where we received nothing but contradictory and outright lies about processes.”

Quite simply, they do the work right and at a great price. Melvin explains repairs honestly and up front and does everything he can to keep prices low without skimping on quality. One broken timing belt on an interference engine where unfortunately the pistons collided with the valves later, we are back on the road and we did NOT have to take out a small loan or rob a bank or casino. I can't stress this enough, go to Melvin's ( Electric Repair Salinas ) not to prison.”

They are very easy to deal with and I decided to let them do a complete paint job on our Nissan NV, I wanted it to look good beside the rest of the fleet. I can’t believe the quality of work we got for the price we paid. This was straight up a $6,000 paint job and we didn’t pay that. They even connected us with a re upholsterer to do our seat. “First of all, first and best towing service ever. Long story short i was distracted and ran may car off an curb and since I was pretty embarrassed I blamed it on my cars autopilot. They called a towing service and they got there within the hour. My car is electric and the battery is at the bottom, which was my biggest concern because the slightest hit, can make my car go bye bye. Luckily, SST sent Nate, the goat of car towing. Got my car out of there, without scratching it, hitting my battery, or damaging my vehicle at all, and really good pricing for the incident. Below is what Nate had to deal with. He made my day 10x better.”
