Their customer service is horrible. It says one price online and when you call, they double it. I called to cancel cable but keep the internet. No one could give me a reason why it was $74.99 online but 145.00 when I called. Stream or go with satellite. These people are thieves.

worst customer service ever! I can't stand them cs is worthless and basically wants you to do their job very unprofessional. No help at all with issues. Prices are crazy high and service is absolutely horrible!!

Is there any reliable and reasonable priced internet provider rather than Cox?Cox internet service is the most expensive and super slow one I've ever used!Terrible tech and customer "support " as well !!
